Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. This was our first time dining at The Capital Grille in Columbus and we had such a fantastic experience celebrating our anniversary here. Every dish was delicious and the drinks were excellent. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the American Wagyu special with truffle butter just melted in your mouth. Our server, Tiana, was great and paced each course really well. We can’t wait to come back!

I highly recommend splitting appetizers and salads in order to save room for your entree. The generous bread basket with a delightful variety of breads was delicious. The Shrimp Cocktail was beautifully presented and the Lobster/Crab cake was generous. The garlic aioli was the perfect accompaniment. The Panna Grandano croutons on the wedge salad was a perfect counterpoint to the blue cheese dressing. The bone-in ribeye was finely marbled and tender. The special offered was the bone in filets with two different house made rubs. The kona/cocoa rub is a taste treat and both the ribeye and filets were cooked exactly to medium rare. We enjoyed sides of the corn with bacon, the lobster mac and cheese and the sauteed mushrooms. Each one was a taste delight. Highly recommend!!
