   Fabulous brunch experience. It was a working brunch today, but a place we will definitely frequent from now on. Fantastic service from seating until the goodbyes. Our greeter/host, server, manager (Alexis) all were wonderful. Service was prompt and friendly. We appreciate the patience and consideration needed to accommodate the ASL interpreting needed for a few in our party. Food was delicious. We went for waffles for 3 of us and avocado toast for one, all very satisfying. Appreciated the parking validation and the mention of a reminder to get it done before we left.

   Service was awesome, our server was the best. Most of the food was just “OK”. Some things were done good and others were poor. The Bloody Mary was simply tomato juice and liquor; it lacked flavor and imagination. The overall price for the food ordered was significantly higher than we would typically justify. We wouldn’t go out of our way to return, but it’s a convenient stop if you stay at the hotel it’s connected to.

   I had the best experience!! I have now been to Nick’s Quorum for brunch and dinner. Both times were amazing! The pancakes at brunch were the best I have ever had. I think about them often and need to go back for more. This is a hidden gem!

   We recently dined for the New Year’s fixed menu, and while there were some highlights, our experience was mixed. The front desk greeter was kind, though his comment about our seating location downplayed our experience off the bat saying “ sorry we couldn’t get you better seats”. Our server was positive and polite, but it took about 30 minutes before she acknowledged us. The pacing of our meal was sporadic; appetizers came quickly, but we had to request the relish plate, and our entrées took longer than expected. The food was excellent—high-quality with generous portions, and the chocolate dessert was a standout. The drinks were top-notch, and the prime rib cart service was a nice touch, though the manager’s who was cutting the prime ribs comments sometimes felt condescending. Unfortunately, our evening stretched over three hours, and by the time we finished, it was too late to use the club tickets included with our package as it was almost midnight. It felt like they may have bitten off more than they could chew for this undertaking. Overall, while we enjoyed the food and atmosphere, there’s room for improvement in service pacing. Thank you for a memorable evening! We will definitely be back on a slower night!
