Mark your calendar for July 15 - Ponyboy is hosting “An American Culinary Curiosity Dinner” with Emmy-winning writer and food sleuth Bill Oakley (The Simpsons, Portlandia, Futurama, Mission Hill). Over five surprise courses—ranging from hearty plates to playful bites—our chefs will recreate the bold, quirky, and downright iconic regional dishes Bill has unearthed on his travels. As you taste specialties rarely found outside their hometowns, Bill will emcee the evening with a lively slideshow and plenty of behind-the-scenes stories from America’s weirder food frontiers. The series has sold out in cities including Portland, Austin, Cincinnati, and Omaha, and has drawn enthusiastic crowds of food lovers eager to taste dishes they’ve only heard about—or never heard of at all. The dinners are equal parts culinary event and cultural storytelling, designed to celebrate the ingenuity and eccentricity of America’s local food traditions. Our full bar will be available for purchase at the event. Tickets include the meal and gratuity.
