   Bar service was great. After we were seated the table service was not good. The server never offered to take our order, we had to flag her down. We couldn't get a drink order from the server so we had to flag the manager down.

   It was okay. Good was not hot when received. Margaritas $16 and small. Chips were soggy. Waitress very nice. Blanco on Broadway much better.

   Had a great time at Lona! The drinks and food were delicious! I tried: - baja fish tacos: sooo flavorful in a way i was not expecting! and the tortillas are more so like street tacos but still very filling - fries: slammin & very crispy! i love when you can get fries with tacos so i was happy to see this - guac & chips: fresh - queso: this is more so like cheese that's been torched that u can put into a tortilla/on a chip. i liked it - it probably wouldve been better with meat in it which they offer as an option - rice & black beans: very flavorful & seasoned super well! - strawberry margarita: very fresh and definitely sweet but thats how i like it! The rest of our table got enchiladas, carne asada tacos, the paloma, espresso martini, and mojito. Everything was good and the atmosphere was nice. I do wish they would've played some different music, but overall we had a great experience!

   This restaurant is such a Nashville treasure. There is a part of me that wants to keep it hidden but it is far too good to hide. Our server was exemplary, the food was beyond timely and tasted so amazing! Dining at Lona is always an experience that is special.

   While I left with a smile on my face, our experience didn’t start off on the right foot. I arrived about 20 minutes early to my reservation, thinking I could check in and have a drink while I waited. The bartender, or server that was behind the bar, did not greet me at all for five minutes while I waited for someone to approach the host stand. When someone finally did greet me at the host stand, they let me know that if I wanted to sit immediately, then I could have a table immediately behind the host stand. While I have no problem with the location of the table, I have a problem with the host auctioning off this table to me when I have a reservation. From there, I ordered the Passion Picante cocktail, and five minutes after my date received her drink, I learned they didn’t have the ingredients to make what I had ordered. I asked for their house margarita which ended up being weak and tasted like it came from a premade batch of drinks. Would not recommend. From there, we had the crab guacamole, Baja fish tacos, and mushroom queso fundido. All of these were delicious! I would absolutely recommend Lona to any pescatarian visiting Nashville, but in a city filled with food experiences, Lona needs to step it up when it comes to their service to really set itself above the rest.

    The food was very average. Nothing really special. The service was poor. Our cocktails took 20 minutes! The food arrived very fast, before our cocktails. Most disappointing was that they wouldn't accept a Noelle gift card. I had called in advance to be sure and was told they would, but when we presented it to pay, they said no. While the food was fine, I would not return because it was not interesting or special.
