The service was great but like most places it doesn’t look like the pictures. The restroom is on another floor and it’s isn’t ideal for big groups because of the small space and layout.

This was my first time. It was my birthday and nothing was done, but a shot with no energy. Our waitress didn't engage. My hookah didn't pull and was harsh. My drink took 1 sip terrible.

Server was very slow,rude and not attentive. (Alyssa). Food was ok and not hot. It was just barely warm and dry.Salmon was not seasoned and mash potatoes were runny . We waited to close our tab for 45 minutes because our server was no where to be found. My partner asked for a sprite and never received it. The only good things were the hookah and the drinks. Other than that it was completely horrible!

I was in Miami for my Birthday weekend and looking for a brunch spot. While searching I came across Carnival rooftop, read the reviews and felt this was where I wanted to go. My cousin and I visited and were beyond impressed. The atmosphere, the vibes, the music were all great from the start! Then……….the FOOD came and OMG!!! 1000/10, the red snapper was perfection and the roasted chicken as well. The drinks were delicious and strong. Celine was our server, very pleasant and attentive. Great experience!!!

We booked VIP rooftop with bottle service for a bachelorette and the whole experience was a mess. Security literally dumped everything out of our bags, then we got upstairs and they sat us at the WRONG table even though we had a VIP reservation. I was in contact with someone beforehand confirming our bottles, signs and everything we wanted and was specifically told it would all be in the notes. We get there and our server knew NOTHING about any of it. So what was the point of confirming everything ahead of time? We ordered drinks, they brought us the WRONG ones and the drinks they did bring were nasty. Then we waited at least 45 minutes for our bottles and signs to finally come out. For VIP/bottle service, especially when you’re celebrating a bachelorette, that’s ridiculous. The whole experience was unorganized and definitely not worth what we paid. I planned and confirmed everything ahead of time so we could actually enjoy the night, not spend it correcting mistakes and waiting around.

Carnaval was definitely a vibe! The food, drinks and music were perfect. Server was so friendly and attentive. Only thing I will say is make sure your ready for the heat it's hot up there even under the shaded area.
