Authentic Cuisine, From Northern Italy to Seattle
Since its inception, Tulio has been a regular on restaurant awards lists, thanks in no small part to Chef Walter Pisano, whose cooking is inspired as much by his travels through the Old World as his Italian roots. Tulio’s dishes are simple yet sophisticated, combining rustic Italian preparations with local ingredients to create bold flavors and an unforgettable dining experience. Recognizing that our guests have different tastes and dining preferences, we proudly offer several gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes on each of our daily menus. If you have any food allergies or other special requests, please let us know.

This was our first time dining at Tulio. We were staying the night in Seattle and it was not far from our hotel. We started with cocktails at the bar that were delicious. We then moved to a table for dinner. Our server was Shasta and he was fantastic at sharing the specials/information regarding dishes and overall provided great service. We ordered two of the specials (halibut and lamb ragu). They were both delicious. We ended the evening with the pot de creme (you need to really love chocolate for this one!) and a flight of the "cellos". Loved getting to try all three and that they are all made in house. Would highly recommend for an intimate dining experience.

Tulio is our "go to" restaurant before the symphony, which is just down the hill. We asked for - and they gave us - our favorite table, which has the best peo[ple viewing in the restaurant. A glass of Prose3co magically appeared as did some of their amazing sweet potato gnocchi!!! Dottie had the lamb rags special and I stuck with the lamb shank, which, as always, didn't disappoint. Our marvelous waiter parked out our servings with the slotted time and we ate at a leisurely pace to further complement the fine food. We'll be back for more of same JJ & dottie

The gnocchi and burrata appetizers were spectacular. Service was perfect with Shasta. Ambiance is very old school, dark wood, and cool bar. We had a great night.

I must have missed the time allowance for dinner if it was posted….it was embarrassing to be asked to move to the bar so our table could be turned!

Easily the best ravioli and gnocchi I’ve ever had! The cocktail I selected was also top tier. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and helped me pick my delicious cocktail when I was having trouble deciding. The restaurant was also close to our hotel as an added bonus.

Tulio is definitely a standout in downtown Seattle. The food, presentation, and wine list is top-notch, but the real star of the show (or stars) are the staff, who go above-and-beyond. From the start, we arrived at 7:40 for a 7:45 reservation, and our table wasn’t quite ready. The wonderful front-desk staff directed us to a lovely waiting area and provided us with champagne as we waited!!! (Also, I feel awful that I didn’t get the wonderful front-desk attendant‘s name — if you’re reading this, Claire [my partner] found the link the Doc Martens you liked, and next time we’re in, we’ll share!!) Following that, we were led to our table, where our waiter Shasta was absolutely phenomenal. He was a delight to talk with and recommended a fantastic Barolo that paired beautifully with our dinner. The star of the show was, however, the house-made limoncello that Shasta himself creates (distills?). This was by far some of the most delicious limoncello I’ve ever had, and I truly hope he submits it for recognition!! We will definitely be returning. This is a must-go in Seattle — you won’t be disappointed, and you’ll definitely be back. Thank you Tulio!!!

We had a wonderful evening at Tulio. Burrata appetizer, halibut for me, steak for my wife and pot du crème for dessert. Great wine list and the pompelmocello was fantastic. Shasta, our server, was professional and a lot of fun. Definitely coming back.
