    Loved the Arancini; best ever. Very busy on a Saturday evening so a bit loud, but handled well by staff which were all very attentive. Not sure why I ordered filet kebabs instead of pasta, but next time I will stick to the pasta or pizza both of which looked amazing! First time at Eataly and can't wait to go back.

    We’ve been eating at Eataly’s La Pizza & La Pasta frequently and have never had even an average meal! The food, the service and the ambience is always outstanding. We’re impressed with the seasonal change of menu, which allows us to try new dishes. Last night we took a French friend to the restaurant for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. We would like to single out the manager and servers who have made our dining experiences memorable. They include Panos, Rafa and Ronnie. Last night our server was Adriana who checked on us regularly to make sure we were well taken care of. As did Mahbu. We always recommend Eataly to friends who are in search of a reliable restaurant in Manhattan.

    There were 9 of us and we all agreed that the food was excellent. I paid and found the prices reasonable. The issue throughout was service. We were rushed by the waiters until dessert. We were asked if we were ready to order a minute after getting our menus. We were not told about specials. Appetizers were not served at the same time. Entrees came while we were still eating appetizers and the appetizer plates had not been cleared. Dinner plates were still being placed on the table until I told the waiter to remove the empty plates. We were not given clean cutlery with the entrees. Those who ordered pizza got served 10 minutes after everyone else. It was my birthday celebration and a dessert was ordered and, despite paying $500 for the meal, we were not comped for the dessert. I feel that was petty. I’m not sure if we’ll return. The food says yes but the service says no.

    Sadly this spot has gone downhill over the years. The service is fantastic, but the food has gotten noticeably worse. This used to be a very safe choice, but all the pasta we ordered was overcooked and very soft, the food was generally underseasoned, and the price was simply not aligned to the quality of our meal.

    This has always been a favorite spot in spite of the consistent ineptitude of the host stand. I had a reservation for 6pm. I was told I could get a great table but had to be done by 7:15. Long story short, by 7:15 there were plenty of open tables so what was the point of this request? The pizza and pastas are always good. There was a problem with the air conditioning which made things a bit unpleasant. It's Eataly. It's fun. Just work out your issues.

    Exceptional Italian food! Friendly and attentive service, pizza is excellent and a must try the caserecce with pistacchio and shrimps! We are definitely going back.

    Tutto è extra anche due fette di pane, mangiato una burrata per antipasto, affogata in mezzo a vari qualità di pomodori, chiesto come mai venisse servita senza pane al tavolo, mi hanno detto che non era compreso, ma sul menu si trova soltanto bruschetta con pomodori!! Quando poi affianco c’è il banco del pane fresco! Servire antipasto con 2 fette di pane non penso falliscano… Primo piatto ravioli quadrati - crudi, duri e secchi Tiramisù - attesa interminabile alla fine arriva ancora con la carta intorno, il cameriere si affretta davanti a me a togliere la carta trasparente ed a quel punto il tiramisù crolla essendo stato tempo fuori ad aspettare di essere portato al tavolo. Per la lunga attesa (non si sa cosa sia successo) per scusarsi mi hanno tolto dal conto il bicchiere di vino che avevo preso, x questo ringrazio! All’inizio della cena ho avuto una portata di qualche altro tavolo.. Concludo dicendo atmosfera confusionaria, qualità e cottura del cibo scarsa e senza cura

    Donna, the manager, welcomed us back with open arms - literally! She is a gem and knows her regular customers ! Her suggestions for featured dishes from Sicily were perfection. Donna makes us feel welcome when we’re in NYC !

    I dine at Eataly weekly. The service is excellent and food quite good but please fix your AC. It’s not been working recently and I almost needed to leave early because it was too warm and uncomfortable. I may need to wait until the Fall to return.
