   The burgers were good but a bit overpriced, even for Vegas standards. The fries were oddly starchy but acceptable. The service was great.

   Was very disappointed. It was our daughter's birthday and we noted that on our reservation. They didn't even say happy birthday. Food was just average and way over priced for what we got. Bun was soggy and had cheese from another burger on the bun. Our server was sweet but got the order wrong so I had to pick toppings off the burger. The boozy milkshake was the best part but even that was nothing special. Definitely will not be going back!

   I read the reviews which made me question whether I should eat here. We needed a reservation for 8 on a Friday to make a show at the sphere so went ahead and made the reservation. The food was great, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was casual. The food was a little pricey but not unreasonable for a restaurant on the Strip. I would eat here again and recommend to friends as a great place to eat!

   For a place that accepted reservations in the Venetian, I was expecting something a little “more” than what prime burger was.

   Went here before a show and wasn’t quite what we expected. We ordered burgers and fries, I didn’t realize that the fries were a separate charge from the $24 burgers, and while the burgers were good, we could have the same quality elsewhere for half the price. It was close to the theater, so that was a plus and the staff was nice. Ambience was very diner style, which was surprising Being that this restaurant is in the Venetian. If you’re in a bind and need somewhere to eat before a show, I would recommend this place as a last resort.

   They closed early didn’t give me a 15 min grace period. They show closing at 11 and I was going to be 15min late to my 10pm reservation. They told me they had been trying to reach me, they only messaged through Open Table. I have never had a restaurant not call or text. I reached out at 10 to say my party was on its way and was told no, I have never experienced that before.

   We waited to be greeted for a good 10 minutes. Finally, I went up to the counter/kitchen and the woman said she was off the clock and the other server was late. We had caught a 4am flight, so we really just wanted to sit down. We waited a while longer to be seated. We had breakfast. The food was mediocre at best. The restaurant was pretty empty, but then we were kicked out for cleaning. That was mildly infuriating. But alas, this was a last minute booking and at least we found a place to eat for breakfast for a last minute business meeting. It wasn't too noisy, so we could hear each other. One thing to keep in mind, cell service doesn't work there. So make sure all your party members know how to find this restaurant.

    $25 for a mediocre burger. $15 for overdone French fries. And the place looked like a fast food restaurant. Table was TINY and uncomfortable.
