Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great evening. All steaks were exceptional; scallops delicious. Ahi tuna was good not exceptional…. We would not order that dish again and we love ahi tuna!!!! French onion soup…. The BEST, not too salty. Oysters delicious; so fresh! Desserts were really yummy. It’s a pricey night out for 6 BUT SO WORTH IT! We looked forward to it for months! Thanks John for the great service!

    Our waygu and wine was delicious! Anna was terrific and the lovely gentleman who poured the water and packed the leftovers was wonderful too. We will definitely be back! We have not eaten in the city much since covid (we live on Whidbey Island) but it was nice to see the city again.

    We had sea bass and NY strip steak. Both were delicious. The service was great. They gave us Complimentary small desserts since this was the first time we ate at this Capital Grille. We will definitely go here again next time we come to Seattle.

    Special occasion birthday - The Capital Grille goes out of its way to make the event special with table decorations, special welcome and really really fabulous dessert sampler.

    excellent on all fronts as usual service without exception was attentive and not intrusive food was served timely, and everything was prepared as requested. Steaks are the feature but the creamed corn stole the show!

    Wagu and Wine was an excellent value.Burger was awesome.already a big fan of Duckhorn.we did have some slow service- lounge dinner took 2 hours. But everyone was so friendly. We will go back.

    we definitely are coming back based on the service alone. our food was okay, we may have not ordered the best things on the menu. the staff is as attentive, personable, and exhibited a great sense of professionalism to keep the restaurant flowing and disturbance free despite everything happening around us.
