One of the world’s most famous restaurants, The Ivy, West Street, has welcomed guests to enjoy its contemporary cuisine and unparalleled service for over a century. The Ivy Collection is now to open in Manchester this November, offering a new dining experience set across four fabulous floors.

The Ivy Spinningfields will occupy an impressive, timber framed space within a new development, The Pavilion, surrounded by greenery yet located in the heart of the city.

On the top floor of The Ivy Spinningfields, will be Manchester’s first Roof Garden. With a fully retractable roof, the spectacular space will be open all year round. Guests will enjoy food and cocktails alongside an abundance of planting, greenery and foliage, roaring fire pits and colourful fabrics, all creating an enchanting oasis in the heart of Manchester.

The restaurant was great as usual, we did however feel a little rushed as they required the table back, we could of been offered to have more drinks in the bar but this was not offered, food as usual very nice and well presented, overall another enjoyable experience.

From the doorman who greeted us to girls on reception bar staff waitresses and of course the chef our overall experience was amazing. This was a special anniversary for us and I didn't make it public until lady on reception ask us then every member of staff congratulated us.

I love going to The Ivy in Manchester. It's so decadent and the vibe is really nice. Service supberb and food is outstanding. I would recommend to anyone wanting a great experience.
