   4.9 place was very nice even for being ok broadway row. Place was packed not surprised due to amazing food ambiance and history. Loved seeing some of my favorite characachures. Definitely worth going and not too pricey.

   Eating at Sardi's makes any NYC Broadway theater experience complete. It's such a special place. Our most recent evening there was perfect. The entire team at Sardi's made us feel so welcome. The restaurant itself is charming, warm and fun with all of the celebrity caricatures. The food was delicious...a baby lettuce salad perfectly dressed, delicious pasta specials, and I had a lentil stew with polenta, which was just what a cold winter evening called for. I've been to Sardi's on many occasions, and it never disappoints.

   Went on a recent Friday night at 7:30 and the place was nearly empty. Now it's January and it's a traditionally slow time in NYC (after all the craziness of the Holidays) but that was fine by me! Service here is great and our meals were very good. I had chicken parm and my dining partner had a chicken and pasta dish. Of course, the attraction is all the portraits on the walls and because it was so uncrowded, I was able to walk around and get a good look at them. After dinner, we went upstairs to have a drink at the bar and snagged a table right by the window overlooking 44th Street. Great place to dine or have a drink before or after a show. Or just for any Broadway fan. I really enjoyed it.

   The food was very tasty. I enjoyed the creamy sauce with my jumbo shrimps. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the mermaid cocktail was delightful. I would definitely make a reservation here again. The staff was very pleasant.

   Our first Sardi experience won’t be our last. Loved the caricatures throughout, what Sardis is known for. Our server Oliver was attentive and knowledgeable. Of particular note are the Signature spinach ricotta cannelloni appetizer, the Orange teriyaki salmon with sautéed spinach and mashed sweet potato, and the Crab cakes - my husband said they were the best he ever had. We definitely return
