   Second visit during last year. Tried fried tomino and then the truffle ravioli. Simply delicious and tasty both of them. Staff had been really friendly and available for questions. Nice environment, relaxed place for easy dinner out. Near Convent Garden, so really in the spot.

   Good food and great service at cicchetti’s. The staff were attentive and v knowledgeable. The beef cheek was divine!

   Excellent service and delicious food. We didn’t order everything at once as it is more tapas style and we know the dishes are very rich. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was extremely professional, polite and friendly. The waiters were very smartly dressed too! The only think I would say was I was a bit chilly. We were nearer the back door which was a shame. Apart from that it was really enjoyable.

   It was fabulous . The service was second to none . The food really excellent . We had a lovely time and will definitely go back again when next in London . Our new favourite spot .

    Disappointing first time experience at Cicchetti in Covent Garden. Met up with a friend for a festive catch up over leisurely meal. Arrived at restaurant 15 minutes early, advised table wasn't ready, I asked if there was a bar we could wait at, told no it was full and asked to come back. That was fine, despite my being obviously disabled, went out and came back at agreed time. Hurriedly walked to a table by the entrance, I asked for a table further in, got one, but definitely the waiter was not impressed by my request and made it known in manner. Ordered food 6 items from tapas menu as suggested by the waiter and drinks. Food arrived in stages and despite two reminders the Italian bread never arrived, when advised the waiter said he would tell the kitchen staff off but made no apology or no attempt to resolve. Throughout the meal, not one attempt to see if we wanted any further drinks, we only had a single drink each - would have liked to have more.... We were in and out in about 70 minutes!! Overall - a fast food experience in a non fast food restaurant!! Would I go again? No - London has far too many alternatives where the customer is appreciated.
