   A group of us had a really enjoyable evening in this spacious and relaxing restaurant. The tapas style dishes were really tasty and I will be back for more of the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere

   The team at Bloomsbury Street Kitchen are truly wonderful. They are very attentive and were able to give good feedback about the menu. They also have a fantastic vegan menu which was one of the reasons that I chose this venue. 9/10 and will be visiting again soon

   Pre theater dinner. Nice variety of choices. Drinks were fabulous! Loved the eggplant, tacos and salmon. Chorizo was good, just a little heavy. DJ started but was not too loud. Attentive service.

   We are here by googling what was best to us en route to the theatre , arrived early I didn’t realise it was part of the Raddison the restaurant was quiet lacked atmosphere and there were several people on phones and laptops so it didn’t really feel like a restaurant The cocktail I had was nice but my partners mai tai for £14 was an inch of cocktail and a huge lump of ice less than impressed , the food was really small and not great value expecting more than 3 prawns , 3 tiny tacos and some thinly sliced raw beef for £35 In hindsight we should of complained at the time there are far nicer places around and we really regretted our decision was starving afterwards

   We were here very early so it was a tad quiet but lovely setting with fairy lights. Not off to a great start with NYEtimber not being available. Service was lovely and efficient. Food was pretty tasty and presented lovely. The chorizo was extremely oily and a HUGE portion for something so rich (enough for 4 people) the crab pasta was ok but slightly overpowered with lemon and cheese flavour instead of crab. Fave items we ordered was the filo prawns, steak tacos and octopus. Would definitely come again more in the evening for better atmosphere. Love the street kitchens.

   TL;DR: Fantastic food, but shockingly poor service on a Saturday night. Loved it on my first visit, but the second time left a bad taste—ignored by staff, rushed out, and treated like an inconvenience. Not going back. ⸻ I came here for my birthday two weeks ago and was blown away by the food—so much so that I returned with visiting friends for dinner on a Saturday night at 8:30pm. While the food was just as brilliant as I remembered, the service the second time was honestly terrible. We were completely ignored for most of the evening. Despite being the only diners left in the restaurant, the staff began setting up for breakfast service around 9:30pm—while we were still finishing our mains. It completely killed the atmosphere and sent a very clear message: time to leave. The attention to laying tables for the next morning was so thorough that they seemed to forget we existed. Our mains weren’t cleared for ages. We had to ask for dessert menus ourselves, and even fetched our own wine from the cooler because no one came to top us up. It felt awkward and uncomfortable. Eventually, we asked to have our desserts in the bar area, which thankfully had a bit more life after nearby theatre-goers arrived. We were made to feel so unwelcome in the restaurant that moving seemed like the only option. To top it off, they even tried to usher us out before we’d paid. The food really was delicious again, which makes this all the more frustrating. They did remove the service charge from the bill, which I appreciated—but sadly, I won’t be coming back.

   Went on a weeknight as a party of eight. Food was delicious. Music was a little loud but nothing egregious. Service was lacking in all respects. Our server took our order but would then disappear for 20 minutes at a time. We wanted more food and drinks but had to flag down other people to order food and get drinks. Another time I had to walk around looking for anyone to refill our glasses and to order more food. Our server wasn’t friendly either. We ordered so much food and drinks (bill was 520 pounds) and yet she couldn’t be bothered to help us with additional ordering or refills of drinks. Very unfortunate, as the dishes were very tasty. Disappointed to have to pay 15% service charge for abysmal service.

    Absolutely awful experience. Ate the first two starters - yellowtail tartare tacos and crispy filo king prawn - which were both completely tasteless, so cancelled the rest of our order and left. I guess it’s convenient if you are staying at the hotel, but otherwise I wouldn’t suggest you go out of your way to go there. Very disappointing.
