Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Best steakhouse we know; we go every time we come to Vegas. The only slight negative I can think of is that we prefer French bread instead of the bread they serve with dinner, which is kind of a pastry bread. Otherwise we would give it 6 stars!

    Typical high end steakhouse, nothing specifically set Delmonico’s apart. Service was friendly and efficient, excellent job there. BBQ shrimp was best dish. Unfortunately the other dishes were unremarkable. Pricey for the experience.

    We loved the food and service. Jason, Roberto, and Juan Carlos were all excellent. I couldn’t stop eating the popovers. The oysters were superb. I was thrilled their open bar was knowledgeable about paper planes and the kitchen could accommodate a blue cheese crust on the filet. Highly recommend.
