Under the Cork Tree welcomes guests to enjoy the flavors of the Northern Mediterranean while tasting wines from across the globe.     Food was average. Server was non existent. Delivered half the order without supplying silverware, napkins or plates. Had to locate these items ourselves. Other half came out 10 min later. Drink glasses repeatedly empty. Had to take my card in to have some one run it for the bill as our server was awol after the meal as well. The restaurant was not busy.

    The restaurant changed menu and the new menu is nothing close to a Tapas menu. We reserved this restaurant because we saw the pictures and the Tapas menu (their old menu) on OpenTable, and expected a good time. But their new menu removed almost all popular Tapas items, like the grilled octopus leg, seafood paella, meat and cheese board options, and etc. The service was good. But the food itself was mediocre, all dishes came salty. The truffle spaghetti dish tasted hard and undercooked, and had 0 truffle taste. Given the restaurant’s rating on Google and OpenTable, I think it might used to be a nice local gem with decent food options and quality. But now, they really need to work on their menu and probably chefs.

    This restaurant was absolutely amazing! Impeccable service, delicious food, and a nice, quiet place to share time with our team members from out of town. They were also very accommodating when we needed to adjust our reservation time due to changing flight schedules. We would come back in a heartbeat!

    Sarah was our server and she was amazing! She made sure to check on us often and we’re super friendly and inviting. I ordered the scallop, lobster, and shrimp pasta. It was pretty good. The flavor wasn’t overwhelming. I’d definitely return based off the quality service alone.

    Food is fantastic. We had the salmon and the trout. Server was ok, we were there to "catch up" and the server approached the table at minimum 30 times even with full beverages, etc. even after informing her. Wanted to use a dining reward. Server did not realize that the zip code was on the ccard notice and could not get it transacted - it happens and did not fault her. We paid the check and informed her how to handle them in the future. The manager however, approached the table and felt he had to offer an untrue reason for not being able to complete the transaction by telling us that the dining award "never works not does it work at any of the restaurants in the area". Why would a manager blatantly lie? Unacceptable!
