We went with 2 kids under 5. There seemed to be plenty of wait staff, but the meal took over 2 hours. We had our orders ready to give them by the time they watered our table. It was a major feat to get their attention.

Had another great night at the OSF. Always a solid good time. Service was top notch and it was a busy Saturday the night before Father's Day. The ambiance is always the standard which we really enjoy. It was noisy but it always is on a busy night. Can't beat it for a quick fun night out.

It was slow experience. Even if you have a reservation you’ll wait 10 extra minutes to be seated. Delay in getting drink refills, salad, and bread. Would not recommend.

The booking was taken via app however despite arriving a few minutes early the table was not made available for 15-20 mins past the booking time. The service was not the best , the starter and the main course arrived at almost same time certainly the starters were still in progress when the main course was brought. The food however was fine and certainly plentiful. The bill was also brought before the meals were finished which was poor. In summery fair food represents good value but disappointing customer service which lets the place down.

Great service from Josh (food) and his manager (corkage)! Food was much better than I remember from several years ago, portions were great, and time we waited for food for the four of us was perfect for our tastes. Very popular place at 5pm on a Sunday night, which made it a bit noisy, but not so much so that it bothered us a whole lot. Really appreciate all the staff there!
