We had never been there so we were expected a lot coming from Capitol Hotel. Pancakes were good but thick and gummy. Bacon was good. All in all it was nice but I probably will try the Breakfast Board next time. Thanks!

The Capital Board was everything. Must try. The Kiwi Mimosa was delicious. The place overall was excellent :)

We’re from Dallas, so admittedly our bar is much higher. Food was decent and Service was OK. They were out of several wines, because they just changed the list. Experience was OK, would maybe go back.

The service was amazing and the setting is beautiful but the food was ridiculously awful. We spent $75 on two glasses of wine and two appetizers. The pimento cheese and soda crackers were the first and it was fried wontons loaded with salt; they were not soda crackers. The ahi tuna tacos were tiny, also served in some kind of puffed fried wonton and smelled horrible. I don't know that the fish hadn't gone bad. I've eaten here before and the food was good but it has really gone down hill in the quality. Again, the service was great but in this economic environment, actually serve decent food at a decent price. I don't mind paying upscale prices for food that's worth it.

We had an outstanding brunch. The service was wonderful and the food was not only delicious but beautiful. We were surprised by how affordable it was for the luxurious environment and attentive service. It was perfect for our first Father's Day!
