Went fo 2025 Winter NYC Restaurant Week. Best experience was with the attentive personnel from the hostess, I believe her name was Joanna, sommelier Julien, very knowledgeable, and all the waiters who attended us. We were Disappointed; we had better experiences in the past with our meals. The food was just good. However, the citrus tart must be improved; it is not at all like a French Tart.

The entire team at Benoit is exceptional! From the minute you arrive to last moment of perfection. A very special thank you to the AGM Charles , Samantha and Shoko for their expertise and generosity in helping to arrange the 50th birthday celebration. We along with our guests were so grateful for this outstanding hospitality. If you have the opportunity to have dinner or a special event here, please do so. It was perfect. Thank you all again. We always order the Poulet Roti. The chicken came with many parts red on inside which is unhealthy. When asked the manager to re-do he started explaining it’s normal to have blood by the bone! Luckily the waiter came and immediately took it away and had it cooked more (same chicken). The manager (one in suit and tie) is unfriendly on two visits we have had. Unfortunately this has been a family favourite but in the last few months there has been a drop.

Had a great business lunch today. Appetizers and entrees were delicious. The caramelized onions on the burger made it taste like French onion soup.

I love coming to Benoit, whether for lunch or dinner—it always has such a great vibe! The food is outstanding (Pâté en croûte, escargots, burrata, quenelles, chicken, pasta… every dish is incredible). I truly love everything about this place! If you haven’t been to Benoit yet, you’re missing out on one of the best dining experiences in the city!

Had a rather important and sensitive meeting with a friend. The staff was exceptionally wonderful, especially knowing when to intrude or not. The recommendation of the whole chicken was the best recommendation from our server. Thumbs up to the entire team and a special thank you to the hostess for finding the perfect corner table.
