Five of us for dinner upstairs. Jake our waiter was great. Food was superb. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Knoxville.

Ashlynn made our first visit very special. She explained the entire menu & she was extremely helpful with selections. My husband loved the beef tenderloin. My red fish with broccolini was delicious. My favorite part of the meal was the flan cappuccino dessert!

We hate to fall short of expectation, wild game can be tricky and the bison ribeye is no exception, we have sourced from the top tier ranch and have received rave reviews. We expect the perfect balance of fat (being a ribeye) to add richness to the more lean bison. Thank you for bringing your feedback to our attention.

If you are looking to experience wild game, this is the place. Although I'm not as adventuresome as my husband, I found plenty to satisfy my appetite. The bison ribeye was cooked perfectly and had a great taste. Cocktails were excellent. Great place for an intimate date night or celebration. It's pricy for sure.
