We opened on May 20 2015, with the mission to share our Italian heritage and delight our guests with exceptional cuisine. Our pizza dough is naturally leavened, never frozen, and our pastas are made freshly every day.

                                                                                                    We dine at Crispina often as it it has been one of our faves in the area. However, while the food is as good as ever, the service, which used to be great, continues to deteriorate. While we were greeted warmly & asked about water as we were seated, the service went down from there. In a half full restaurant with plenty of wait staff, our waiter was very inattentive throughout the evening. When my Aperol Spritz there was no straw & when I asked for one it was longer than my glass. I asked for Parmesan for my pasta & it never came. When I finally caught our waiter’s eye my pasta was cold. My grandson decided he wanted a salad it took forever to get the waiter back. All of this was puzzling given the restaurant wasn’t even half full! Very disappointing especially since our previous visit a few weeks before was very similar but with a different waiter.

                                                                                                    It is always a great experience going to Crispina. Their food and wine selections are great. They are one of only a couple of establishments in the area with Pizza Montanara aka Pizza Fritti, which is a Neapolitan area specialty where they fry the dough adding a great element to the flavor. I wish that they had a location closer to Johns Creek so that we could come more often.
