Located in the heart of New Brunswick’s cultural district, Delta’s is a celebration of the spirit of the South. Featuring traditional and not so traditional Southern cuisine, creative cocktails and live music in a warm & eclectic atmosphere. Seeing a show in New Brunswick? We are a brisk walk from the legendary State Theatre and the NBPAC. Please be advised, we enforce a 15 minute grace period. When planning for your reservation, please consider parking and traffic in your travel time. The complete party must be present to be seated on high volume nights. We reserve the right to enforce table times on high volume nights. Reservations made after 9:30 on the weekdays and 10:30 on the weekends are offered our Late Night menu (appetizers & select sides available). We happily accomodate walk-ins!

To say the food was mediocre and a waste of my money is an understatement. I haven’t been to Deltas is about 2 years and then the food was amazing so I was quite disappointed when the food did not live up to its prior taste. All I could assume is they must be under new management. and I wouldn’t waste my money there again. The cabbage however, was spectacular!

food was delicious, our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable and fun! music was a perfect vibe but loud for catching up with friends. all staff were friendly. bathrooms stalls could have been maintained a bit better but overall were clean. the kitchen never disappoints!

The ambiance is beautiful and classy. The food is southern comfort. A nice place to celebrate a special occasion.

My wife and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and we had a really great dining experience. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the hostess until we left the entire time was great. The music was loud but not overwhelming where you couldn’t enjoy a conversation. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the fried whiting with macaroni and cheese and collard greens. My wife had the oxtails, mashed potatoes and what she described as the best cabbage she’d ever eaten. Our server Vince was attentive and checked on us at just the right times. He was knowledgeable about the food items and helped us with our meal choices. Overall this was a great dinner and we enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here. We both agreed that we will definitely be returning to Delta’s our new “Date Night “ spot. Thank you Vince for providing excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The short ribs were delicious but the sides not so much. The Mac & cheese tasted funky and the yams were hard as a brick. The Hennessy sangria and banana pudding was really good.
