Solid overall. For the price however, I expected the salad to not taste like it was 2 days expired and wilted. The cheese fondue and main course were great however.

Hank was outstanding!!! He really made our first fondue experience great with his knowledge, enthusiasm and kindness. Between recommendations and prompt service, everyone should be so lucky to have him as a server. Please, give this guy a raise!

Food was good. Our server was nice but very inattentive and our meal took THREE hours with about 25 of sitting and waiting for him to return between courses. We were also there on Sunday during a kids eat free promo and were charged for them. We just paid because we didn’t want to wait another 30 min to have the bill adjusted.

Another great experience! Food was exceptional, as was the service. The host was super friendly as well. Melting Pot never disappoints!

I eat a lot of melting pots. They have very good fondue. I often go in and just get a quick meal of cheese fondue and a salad. But many times have had the full three course meal. The past two nights, I have just gotten the cheese and it’s been very good. It’s important to remember if you do the full meal of cheese appetizer, cook your dinner, and then dessert – you’re committing to an evening. It’s a long leisurely meal. if you’re hoping to rush in and out go someplace else.

My husband had a nut allergy. They brought out a chocolate fondue, not disclosed my it had nuts. Thank God I noticed it because it saved us a trip to the ER.
