   The drinks were lovely, and they have a great selection of nonalcoholic options, which is rare nowadays! The staff was wonderful and attentive, and my friends and I had a fantastic time!

   Went for high tea. Incredible experience, fabulous environment and outstanding service by our waiter Joel. He attended to every and all needs, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Will be back next time we are in London!

   Delightful from start to finish with friendly and attentive staff. We had afternoon tea and our waiter was particularly helpful with nothing being too much trouble and ensuring we were well looked after, replenishing sandwiches, cakes and tea!

   The Coral Room is a wonderful place for tea. We were treated so well, even though we didn't have any idea what to expect. Everyone were friendly and helpful, the service was completely professional, the tea and food were wonderful. It was simply amazing.

   Booked a dinner reservation on open table, get to the restaurant and they say we only reserved the bar and they only had a few “snacks” available. Ridiculous. We then had to rush and find somewhere else to eat. We’re staying in the hotel so luckily the concierge was able to help but otherwise we would have been in real trouble. Don’t waste your time with The Coral Room!

    Not much gluten free choice on the lunch menu, would have liked to book afternoon tea from 12pm instead of 1pm. Good service - except for waiting to order food a little bit long Quite expensive, however it is based in Bloomsbury! A little birthday surprise arranged by the staff was very kind
