   Extremely Disappointing Service I’ve been to Brazen Head before and had a good time, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. The service was completely unacceptable—shockingly slow and inattentive. I waited over 30 minutes just to get a beer, and ended up leaving my table to go to the bar myself. Even then, the bartender completely ignored me. The wait for food was so bad I eventually had to cancel my order altogether. It felt like we were an afterthought the entire time. It’s a shame because I know this place is capable of better, but the service we received was frustrating enough to make me seriously reconsider coming back.

   Our table was ready about 20 minutes after our reservation time. Food was overcooked/dry/not fresh.

   The food wasn’t very good. I ordered the Mexican chicken bowl. There was hardly anything in it. 3-4 bites of chicken and a couple pieces of avocado at best. The rice had hardly any flavour. It wasn’t gross but it was incredibly boring and lacking in substance. I left hungry and got food on my way home from somewhere else.

   Went here after an event at the exhibition on game night. Place was busy but service was friendly and attentive. We made a reservation for a table of six and were sat in a great spot with little wait even though we arrived early. Staff will do everything they can to accomadate and provide a great meal to patrons. Was a loud night but the leafs finals were on. Food and drinks were great

   Tammy, our service was wonderful and made excellent recommendations. Make a reservation as the place is always busy due to events happening in the area.
