Overall quite underwhelmed. The venue needs some atmosphere and there is only one loo that could also do with some tlc. Several of the dishes lacked flavour. We were told that the restaurant has a surplus of sourdough at the end of every day but were only given a small amount to accompany our food which seems odd given the purpose of the restaurant. The staff and service were lovely though.

Stylish atmosphere and conscientious philosophy. Meal was excellent and the staff were friendly, informative, and attentive. Many thanks to the host who accommodated my delayed arrival.

Silo's menu, venue and team made my very average Friday feel a lot more special. They made sure to bring you on their journey with each dish, discussing their process, ingredients and flavours with openness. At no point pretentious... just delicious. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely location with attentfull staff and amazing food. No waste, but lots of taste. 10 years already, great achievement, bravo! The toilets could do with a lick of paint though.
