   Amazing experience was perfect setting to celebrate my partners birthday, very special, amazing curation to storyline, very creative & tasty food, I was also very pleased with the wine pairing which was perfectly match. Definitely an experience I would recommend, the chef Karl is serving up some exquisite treats plated in an artistic manner We both really enjoyed it.. Well done to Kyle and the whole team who help to execute such and amazing experience.. Best KG

   Amazing. As huge DC & fine dining fans, this was truly one of the most spectacular experiences we have ever done. 10000/10 cannot recommend enough. Worth every single penny.

    If you want a unique dining experience, don’t hesitate to book, the food the drinks is brilliant, the restaurant caters for your needs, and the staff were friendly. Don’t look at pictures to spoil the Monarch Theatre experience just go, yes it’s on the “pricey side” but for that special occasion it’s worth it!

    A wonderful experience! The host (Kyle) and his team made for a night my lady and I will never forget! The food and wine were both great - I was expecting cocktails (which are definitely not my thing), but we had mostly very good wine instead. I have eaten in a number of Michelin starred restaurants - perhaps the pairings were not quite as tight as some, but the experience lifted it beyond most other fine-dining sessions we have been to! The theatrical elements and wonderful staging of everything, made this an amazing night. Nothing was left out with such wonderful attention to detail. We both left with some brilliant souvenirs of the night and very happy memories. I would recommend this to anyone - be they Batman fans or otherwise!

    Entertainment and fine dining all in one. A truly immersive experience and an assault on all the senses. Would highly recommend. No spoilers for the Monarch Theatre but prepare to be surprised and wowed.

    What an experience! This is food theatre at its best. The creativity that goes into each dish is mind blowing. The food is incredible. The screen and the narration really work to bring you along on the journey - its put together really well. I thought the narrator did a particularly good job of balancing the scripted experience and off the cuff humour. If you're expecting to watch a DC film you'll be disappointed - there is no need to be a hard core DC fan for this - but if you're after a totally unique fine food experience you won't be!

    Booked it for my partners birthday which he loved. The monarch theatre reminded him of the DC games he used to play when he was younger. The staff were amazing and friendly. I completely forgot to put down his dietary requirements and the staff immediately told the chef. Who was able to accommodate for him right away. My partner is a vegetarian, which was mind blowing to see how the chef would create the dishes for him to fit the characters. A massive thank you to Kyle (narrated the story), (his colleague with curly hair - can’t remember his name), who supported the show both were brilliant. Milena the host who introduced the food and drinks, explaining the rich texture of the food and wine. Also, the chef for preparing the food which melted in your mouth. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone :)

    AMAZING! Dined in the Monarch Theatre for my husband's birthday and it was definitely worth it. The food was beyond delicious and they were so lovely to acknowledge his birthday with a little piece of chocolate and candle! Worth the money!

    Incredible experience at the Monarch Theatre. The team were communicative all the way from the booking process through to the end of the evening. Every staff member we came in to contact was genuinely enthusiastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The experience itself was something else! I was amazed by the food - normally food at immersive events is average as it's not the main piece, but the food at Monarch was inspired and really well executed. Highly recommend to everyone. A must have for both Batman fans and even those who don't like him!

    We came for my friends birthday dinner, and it was truly incredible! All the dishes were perfectly matched with wine and cocktails, every dish was delicious and unique, and the experience was very interesting and well thought out. I still can’t get over the fact how good the food was! 11/10 definitely would recommend and do it again myself!

    One of the best experiences to day, the host Kyle was amazing. The way the food and the stories and narrated was a new experience but definitely something worth trying. Very unique in every way, the dishes served were absolutely amazing flavours. Something different to what your used to eating usually but I would recommend this to everyone who likes trying new flavours and foods.

    Went to the immersive dining experience at the Monarch Theatre for a birthday present for my cousin and we absolutely loved it!     Overall good experience, however couple of things I think worth considering is, whilst food is great, lighting is too dim to see it sometimes(given the effort to prepare the dishes); I'd recommend some sort of spot light on the dining area. Also, as vegans and non-alcoholics, we felt it was significantly overpriced. We didn't get premium priced drinks nor would the cost of vegan/veg be anywhere near the costs of the non-veg/vegi plates. Having been a non-vegeterian in the past for many years, I appreciate the cost of certain premium fish, meats and poultry to be high and would warrant the £190pp charge. Same with the alcoholic drinks with a 2004 champagne being served to those that drink, but for us, it was wine that would be a fraction of the cost of the champage. So I think for value there should be some consideration to make it fair for those no eating/drinking as we're penalised by price due to lifestyle/dietary needs/choices. Other than that, it was very good experience, some noise for the live band playing in the main area was a bit disturbing on odd occasions.

    If you like DC and a theatrical experience for a change, it’s fun and the food is excellent: everything was delicious though it’s a set menu and I didn’t like every course. That’s to be expected. I thought the food was the star but the staff were attentive and well rehearsed too. Couldn’t fault it really. Took my 16 year old son and a friend for a treat and they really loved it. Would recommend

    The Monarch Theatre for a surprise 50th did not let me down. From the secret library entrance to the themed bars and then the theatre experience itself was fantastic and the food was amazing. The staff were wonderful, both knowledgeable and polite. Yes, it's a themed restaurant & bar but it's so classy with its art deco design and attention to detail. What a fabulous experience!
