                                                                                Went for a quick set of appetizers before going to Fairpark for a show. We had great service placed our order for three appetizers and two drinks and we were served very promptly. Food was good. Margarita pizza was OK. Shrimp and tuna tacos were very good and service was excellent.

                                                                                I enjoyed the ambience very much. Service was very attentive but not so much they disturbed you. It wan a perfect balance. I did have an extremely sticky seat and as I tried to move away from it, I seemed to get deeper in it. It was probably just an oversight but seat this large needs to be wiped after every turn of theese big booths. It made me become more “judgy” of the entire store, bar glasses and plates ect… even with my judgment high on alert, I found no other dirty, nasty places except my booth . Top roof Xtra-large booth.

                                                                                Bar is well designed and looks good on arrival, however the venue was severely understaffed on the night and a rowdy party upstairs made it impossible to sit and enjoy the views. Downstairs the one bar staff was unable to keep on top of the order’s consequently we had to wait a very long time for our order and then the order got mixed up. Because they were understaffed things like dropped cutlery and broken glass on the floor didn’t get properly attended to. Definitely would revisit when they are not catering for party groups.

                                                                                This was our first time at this establishment. We had a reservation for 8 pm. We were charged a $10 entry fee per person, which we were unaware of prior to our arrival. We requested water and the waiter brought bottle water. When we obtained our receipts, there was a $3 charge per bottle. Although it is a steakhouse, steaks were not included on the menu provided to us. We paid for a bar tab with cash, no change was returned. There is a minimal discount if you pay in cash instead of with a credit or debit card. The live music was nice.

                                                                                First time going to STIRR and they did not disappoint. The food was tasty and the service was good. I would definitely go back. My only negative comment is the host at the entry needs better customer service skills; she came out rude and her communication skills are poor. But overall good experience!

The hostess was nowhere to be found d for about 15 minutes, per my friend who was visiting from out of town (she made it to the restaurant first). Then we didn't have an assigned waitress for about 10 minutes. I don't know if it was the manager who was helping us or what. It seemed like it was her first time fixing water. Afterward, our waitress made her way to our table and she was awesome.

                                                                                Rooftop bar area was very poor for brunch food service. Staff responsibilities seemed very scattered as various waitresses and servers had to climb up and down the stairs to retrieve all ordered food items. Once the orders were actually placed, the kitchen worked extremely quickly, but the waitress seemed overloaded as it was probably 20-30 minutes between her visits to our table, which is why it took 30 minutes just to place our order and another 20 minutes on the backend waiting for our check. Staff and efficiency could benefit from more specialization and focus on responsibilities. If the singular waitress serving 8 rooftop tables is climbing up and down stairs half the time, the service will always be poor. If management can shore up these issues, it might be a restaurant worth returning to.
