   This was my first time dining here and it did not disappoint. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was so delicious. French onion soup is my favorite and theirs was so good with lots of melted cheese on top and the street corn side was so good. I’m a sucker for a good bone in ribeye and it was cooked to a perfect medium rare. I’ll definitely be back and recommending it to my friends.

   We sat in the section away from the bar, and the noise level was much lower. Last time we sat closer to the bar and it was difficult to carry on a conversation. The food was excellent, our server, Jesus was friendly and efficient. It's hard to beat their special pricing on Wednesday when you get double value for your points.

   We were very happy with our experience here! The service was outstanding and the food was above average. Not the best steak house we have eaten at but definitely good and a good value! We will be back!

   Staff and ambience were great, Jesus our server was helpful and knowledgeable. Oysters were okay, fried calamari was a bit soggy. However, the star of the night was the porterhouse steak we ate. It was cooked to perfection and the cilantro line sauce was a great pairing. We also had the asparagus and Mac and cheese. Highly recommend them as a side.

   My family used to eat at the charcoal room once a month or so. Maybe about a year ago, the service started to get really slow. Shockingly slow, in fact. We decided to give it a go again last night. We were seated immediately. The server took our order immediately. We were brought our beverages and bread moments after. But then we waited over 45 minutes for our food to be delivered. The waiter kept checking in and saying that our food would be ready shortly but we just kept waiting. Strangely, the restaurant wasn't even busy so I really don't know what could've taken so long for the food to be prepared. We love this place and will give it a go again in 6 months or so. Hopefully they have it figured out by then.

   Service was perfectly fine tuned! Server was around just the right amount and catered to all our needs and answered all our questions. Server assistant was a pro and was so attentive to all the smaller details that kept everything running smoothly. Food was really good! We all got salads two wedge one chopped. My parents split a filet and they split it for them in the kitchen. My stepdad has a severe allergy to blue cheese and they accommodated so he could still get the wedge salad he wanted. I got scallops in a parsnip purée with root veggies that all went perfectly together and as a potato family we got 3 HUGE baked potatoes. Coursing was perfectly timed. The whole operation ran like a well oiled machine. Everyone from the hostess to the runner and server team felt pleasant and warm. We’ve been going here for years, this was the first time not for an occasion but affirms why we keep going back. Thank you for the hospitality!

    Restaurant took our reservation 15 minutes before they close and then rushed us when we showed up. Don't take the reservation then! No crab cakes at a steakhouse??? Calamari was glorified fishsticks. Terrible. Drinks were not great either. What award winning steakhouse uses McDonald's style ice cubes in their old fashioned?? Take some pride in your "fine dining" and people will come. Too late for us though. We will never be back.
