Love going to Brinkley’s Kitchen, absolutely delicious food and such friendly staff.
Friendly service and warm greeting. Food was brilliant and great value. Highly impressed
You have such a wonderful team - always make us feel like royalty (we’ve certainly had some great parties and dinners with you over the last few years) and just to top it off , a few weeks ago ? we had the best Sunday lunch we’ve ever had in the area (easily as good as if not better than Chez Bruce) in the last 5 years!!
Your guys just keep getting better and better so please give them a massive thanks from us!’

We had a wonderful dinner with great service, ambience and food! We will definitely be back!
Really good atmosphere. Great service and attentive staff. Food very good and reasonable value
We are a regular here for dinner and always enjoy the food and the service. Tried it for brunch for the first time (with two kids) and it did not disappoint. Service and food was great. Very relaxed and kid friendly yet still retaining the smart atmosphere. Brunch and lunch options spot on.
Service excellent, accommodating and friendly.
Wine great value . Food always delivers
Great ambience, great service but food over priced for the quality.
Only downside was Dodd was not very hot .
Wine list good
This was a lovely meal for my boyfriends birthday and all request were accommodated by friendly staff. Thank you
A wonderful evening with friends at Brinkley’s- good food no fuss when we returned some wine and excellent service . Thank you
As always very friendly and efficient service. Good atmosphere and excellent food.
I like Brinkleys because it is consistent and entirely predictable! I eat pretty much the same each time I come and I have the same table.
Love this place. The staff know you and really care. Food always Delish. Can’t fault it. Also recommend the Macon Villages!!
Given it’s fairly expensive the food was not good enough
We had a lovely evening here but be warned with thai green curry. I was told it wasn't spicy.....I practically needed a fire extinguisher! I soldiered through, when I eventually mentioned it to the waitress she was hugely apologetic, offered me something else but I'd almost finished. They brought me some Chutney which helped a lot. Great service, and the food was in fact very good. Calamari starters, husband had calfs liver which he said was excellent. Would definitely go again.
Very nice atmosphere, pleasant staff and good service. Each course was amazing! I would highly recommend all my friends and family pay Brinkley Kitchen a visit.
Always provides good food and excellent friendly service.
We came to Brinkleys Kitchen because it had been recommended by a number of friends. I was somewhat disappointed therefore when I had to send back my calf’s liver for being almost charred on one side. The 2nd effort was much better. To compensate I was offered a drink which my partner took advantage of as I was driving. It won’t put me off trying it once more but overall it was a very ordinary experience.
Always a great evening. Staff and food fantastic. Good table layout so not on top of each other like some restaurants.
The food was not good at all. I ordered the breaded veal with Parmesan mash and creamed spinach, with tomatoes. I have been to this restaurant many times over the years and this dish was always one of my favourites, with a succulent crispy escalope and tomatoes en branches and delicious potatoes. This time a dried up clearly pre-cooked piece of leathery meat, pre- cooked tomatoe halves completely dried out, tasteless spinach and no hint of Parmesan in the potatoes. Although I was asked if I would like something else, I declined, and the £22 still appeared on the bill. A big disappointment.
Hooray for the return of the Gyoza and the Sashimi to the menu!
Great chilled evening as always lovely staff delicious wine
We had a delicious meal, friendly, helpful service. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended. Will come again on your next visit from Australia. Thank you.
Excellent Dunday lunch with a friend, most enjoyable, wine was lovely
Excellent Sunday lunch of roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, along side delicious starter and great caramel ice cream
Friendly but not over-familiar service, good food, nice wine, great company. It doesn't get much better.
Not up to your usual high standard so disappointing. Service was slow and food average. It was very busy but no excuse!
Great new additions to the menu.
A very friendly restaurant with good service, food and staff.
As usual fantastic dinner! Our servers NAtalia and Nacho were very attentive! Food was delicious!
We had a lovely evening with friends. The food choice was good but the menu didn't seem much different to when I last came (except no Gyoza's ) Our table was in the back room and it was very dark - so much so that we needed to use the lights on our mobiles to read the menu.
I also ordered the roast cod and was advised I did not need to order any extra vegetables. However, it only came with crushed potatoes and a sprinkling of samphire so I wished I had actually ordered extra.
Absolutely fabulous. Atmosphere and food terrific
We have visited this Brinkleys for years, and I was hugely disappointed this time. The menu has changed recently and nothing on the menu really got me excited or whet my appetite.
Good service, very friendly staff. Atmosphere was dull as it was half term so very quiet.
Really disappointed and won’t be returning in a hurry, sorry!
The starter and dessert were very poor. The main course was the best course. The lighting in the restaurant and bar is lovely and creates a relaxing atmosphere. The wine list is good but the food leaves a lot to be desired.
They have changed the menu and it was delicious - the crab bisque linguine I highly recommend! Great service as always and was totally packed for a Thursday night which is always a good sign
We enjoyed a Valentine’s dinner, and found the menu perfect for the occasion, a good wine list, good ambience and very friendly staff.
Excellent all round!
Very enjoyable, shame the mains arrived a bit late. Wine is good value!
