TGI FRIDAYS - Buffalo (Amherst)
I wasn’t impressed with the food. I had the chicken wrap & it should have been a ‘chicken wanna be’ wrap...there was only a couple bites of chicken!
We didn’t get any salsa & chips, even when some people asked for them. (I read other reviews that said they got them)
The host & waitress were pretty good, though.
Won’t go back!
Service sucked. We sat for almost 30 minutes and I had to tell the hostess. servers passed us multiple times. Also the food was not good.
You have an outstanding waitress named Lisa. She was not there when we came the last time and the difference was clear. Overall though, I will recommend your restaurant to my friends. My children love it there too
I was with a group of five people for food and drinks. We made reservations in advance and were seated quickly. Brian, our waiter, fell over all of us with service. He always knew when a glass needed to be filled or when something needed attention. Great experience was had by all.
Our server was very pleasant, prompt and efficient - always anticipating our needs. The BBQ Rib special was excellent and a great Value.
I have to commend this location to always providing great service and food. When they discovered they were out of what I ordered the manager quickly came over, brought me a coupon for a free desert or appetizer and a menu for me to chose something else. He was apologetic and very nice.

Used to love TGIFridays, but food was terrible. Potato skins were rubbery and had a slice of cheese folded over on top. Not shredded. Frozen potato skins from grocery store are better. Took 4 teen girls for bday party & burgers were small and underdone. Dismal failure. Service was mediocre though place was half empty. Will never eat there again.
Food was great, but it took forever for our food to actually come. We waited about 40 minutes after we ordered until our food came.
Waitress was not very attentive and she forgot one of our apps but said the kitchen was backed. She seemed like she didn’t care. She did take the app off the bill but I wouldn’t recommend her
I Book this under open table when I walked in they did not ask for my name and assumed It was only 2 people . Told us to follow them and sat us for 2 when I had 2 more people coming .
Good food and energy.

Live band sometimes can be excessively loud and you can't gear your partner talk across the table
Have not been in a couple of years, quality has dropped while prices and choices high, don’t go.
The onion soup was a dish that I will never order from TGI Fridays again. the broth tasted more like gravy and the cheese tasted cheap. they first served me with half the bowl filled so I had to ask for more broth. once I came home, I was in the bathroom for the rest of the night with loose bowels.
Stopped in for a quick bite before a concert Amy did her best to rush our food so we would not be late, the kitchen was backed up but it was expected for a Saturday. Great server very friendly.
Bryan the manager was very pleasant. Our service was on point and the server was very friendly
Went with some friends for late night snacks. Server was attentive and endless apps were kept refilled. We will go again.
For some reason it seemed the air conditioning was on--we were freezing and I had to eat with my coat on--mentioned it to the server but nothing seemed to change.
I typically love this TGI Fridays location. The service is always great and the food is usually top notch. i ordered the bourbon chicken and I was surprised at how small the portion was. The chicken was not very juicy and seemed to be a small, pounded flat piece of meat. It almost resembled a small breakfast piece of pork. I will most likely return but I will not order that dish again.

We had a party of 13... I don't believe the server or cooks could handle the big party.
It was very busy. Service was good when they got around to us. Had to send food back due to being undercooked, it was still undercooked when it came back but I didn't want to send it back again. Maybe service is better on weeknight.
