   Absolutely amazing service! We had a table of nine with children and the staff couldn’t do enough so lovely and accommodating. We definitely stayed longer than we should and for them it wasn’t a problem at all. Food and drinks were also top quality. We will 100% return. Thank you all at Wahaca Waterloo from table 70 x

   My friends and I had the main set menu to share and topped it up with some more dishes. The pork belly was superb.

   Usually go to south bank branch, which is very reliable, great value, good quality food and great service, particularly for pre theatre speed. First time at Waterloo branch. Not sure whether they had a staffing problem today, but service was much less slick than usual, and food not quite up to scratch.

   Always enjoy the food at Wahaca but had never been to the Waterloo restaurant. We were really impressed either way the staff, who were all friendly and genuinely welcoming. They were also very helpful and kind when we spilled a drink everywhere. The restaurant is spacious and toddler friendly - a great choice.

   The staff were abrupt. There's seems to be a strict time limit of 1hr 15 mins which they made very apparent when the server decided we had taken too long to order drinks because we were chatting. When we ordered drinks and nibbled (which were not cheap but tasty) without a main course the server again was visibly annoyed like they are on commission. All in all an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience (and not very relaxed). I wont be back.

    Fabulous margaritas, guacamole and corn chips, as always. Some delicious adventures, warmly attentive service. Perfect before a show at the Old Vic.
