Taberna de Haro serves the authentic cuisine of Spain, including tapas, entrees, sherry, and over 150 Spanish wines. The hospitality is warm and the food has integrity! Whether you choose a leisurely dinner with our famous Arroz Negro or a quick dish of Gambas al Ajillo at our bar, your senses will be gratified. Our open kitchen sends out seductive aromas of braised lamb, grilled fish, sautéed artichokes and griddled mushrooms - you will be transported to Spain! The Iberian ham is cut to order, the black paella is sultry, the eggs are free-range, the French fries are hand-cut, the octopus is perfectly cooked, and the anchovies are plump, and the exquisite, imported olive oil is downright drinkable. The wine list offers Spain"s most intriguing wines, and has won awards from The Wine Spectator, The World of Fine Wines, and The Wine Enthusiast as well as local awards.

This was an amazing experience! My parents were visiting and I took them here. My dad was super impressed by the wine list, which is hard to do! It made for a wonderful night with family.

Dinner is always great here! We got the patatas alioli, quesos, pimientos, berenjena, pinchos morunos, and almejas. For dessert we had the peaches. Our server Nicole was fantastic!

While the food was excellent, the noise level made it impossible to have a conversation without shouting. When we first arrived at the inside table, we realized the noise would be challenging, so asked for an outside table. The person seating us said nothing outside was available. Since we were near a window to the patio, it was clear that 3-4 tables were actually available throughout the entire 1.5 hours we were in the restaurant. We’ll think twice before returning.

We had an outstanding experience! The patio was lovely and romantic. We were greeted by everyone with a birthday wish for my husband because I had made a special note in my reservation about it being his birthday and our first time to Boston. The owner was extremely kind and present and sincerely conversational. She was truly one of the best parts of the evening. She visited with every table and knew many by name and knew their life stories. It was awesome to witness. This restaurant was suggested by friends who are local and we are extremely happy we took their advice. 10/10 experience, including all food items!!!
