They couldn’t figure out who the server was, they kept coming around with limited options, didn’t get some of the better cuts. Service was less than stellar. Go to Bullvinos.

I was unable to get any well done meat for almost 35 minutes and they kept telling me that they will be bringing some but never did so we finally had to ask someone. No one removed our dirty plates unless we asked. The last three times we’ve been there once a waiter/waitress introduces themselves to us when we get there we hardly see that person again. As I’m observing when I’m there it’s seems like the staff is disorganized and doesn’t always seem who is suppose to do what.

The meat was delicious as were the salads. Noise level was like that of a high school cafeteria though. It was Saturday night though…so very busy. I was there for a limited time special. I would not want to pay full price for the experience.

Good food, very quick, but felt rushed and super crowded, which I get on a Saturday night. We received a free dessert for having to wait so long for meat entrees

I think this is an experience everyone should try at least once! The ambiance is amazing and the waiters are great. The only complaints I have are about how long it takes to get meat and sides brought to your table. Besides that it was a decent experience.

The amount of money that we pay, we didn’t get the service that a customer expects. Really slow service and the waiters were not even bringing stuff the ones they supposed to bring. They seated us at a corner when there was plenty of space. I asked myself for certain stuff. I added my comment when I reserved the table that it’s my kids birthday and nobody brought anything. Really disappointed and will think before we reserve for this restaurant in future.

We’ve been going there for years, we go for what has become a tradition of this being the birthday dinner spot for each member of our family since we all love their food (and just meat in general lol). Never gone wrong here. Love it all and the staff are all always very friendly and just add to the experience! If you like food (meat) and a good salad bar, and great ambience and good desserts, you can’t go wrong here!
