   This is the second terrible experience in 6 weeks! Rush us and over cooked the steaks. We ordered an appetizer and the salad came before we pasted it around. I will not go back for a third time. Very poor management.

   This was my first time going to Flemings. My friend got me a gift card for my birthday so we went for my husbands birthday. she raved about this place & as i was telling people I was going to flemings cause I also work in customer service dealing with everybody, all my clients said nothing but good things. Going to many fine dining restaurants or to be honest any restaurant this was by far the worst experience I have experienced. I hd lots of expectations because my sister works at The Capital Grille in Fort Myers and this would’ve never happened there. When we first arrived and the waiter came she was okay. Not the best but not the worst our appetizer came and it was very good and so was the bread I was thinking this was a great start. Then it went downhill from there. My husband and I both ordered a ribeye medium rare when it arrived his was perfect mine was a tad bigger cut i cut in the middle of the steak and it was very rare usually don’t mind but maybe because it was a bigger cut it just couldn’t be looked pass the server came and she asked if everything was okay i told we her my steak was very rare and she took it back no sorry nothing comes back with my steak 5 minutes later and the ends of where it i cut in the middle is medium well I was going to keep the cut because my husband was waiting for me to eat as i cut another piece of steak the inside was still absolutely raw!!!!! its like they didn’t even tried and slab it on the grille on the end! she server I kid you not said oh crap and took it back to the kitchen AGAIN! no sorry! the server comes back again and at this point the steak is completely burnt on the top! but at this point i delt with it because of my husband. i started to eat it and just couldn’t get the burnt taste out of my mouth!the server came back and checked on us and told her but this is complete not okay pieces are burnt and some is rare medium rare and also well done. the manager came and begged me a new on one and it came out a raw!

   It seemed to take too long from beginning to end, as if everything was slow. Two of our five steaks were cold as were the mushrooms. The rest of the meals and sides were delicious. The restaurant was very busy so we understood, but it’s never happened in the dozen times we’ve eaten at Fleming’s

   We had Kerry for a waitress and she was spectacular. She had a great sense of humor, and she was very professional and attentive Our only complaint is there is no longer a Flemming’s in Boston. Please let us know when the next Flemmings is coming to the Boston area

   We had an amazing evening! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the staff was very attentive and amazing. The food was also great.

   Al is the best restauranteur, and knows how to manage a steakhouse. Love coming here and will continue coming for one of the best steaks available:) lobster Mac and cheese, the best I’ve ever had! I have to order !!

   Fleming’s has done a superb job renovating and modernizing their property. It’s beautiful, functional and as always the food and service is exceptional

   Food though pricy was very good and the service was great. Jennifer our waitress was very personable and accommodating.

    We love to dine at Flemings whether it's for a special occasion or a meet up with friends, it's reliably good food and great service.
