Small and romantic we specialize in celebrations with family and friends, or just a quiet dinner with good conversation. We are family owned and operated and have been serving our community since 2001.

Drive in to Opera Alley and be transported. We strive to bring approachable food and beverage, a sense of comfort and community, as well as a unique and quality dining experience. We call ourselves a "cafe" in the sense that we are not pretentious and offer a fine dining experience in an atmosphere of comfort and respite.

Parking in Opera Alley, and downtown, can be a bit of a challenge, especially on the weekends, so please be sure to give yourself plenty of time when making reservations to find a parking space, or consider a night off from driving and get an Uber or Lift!! Eat good food often, break bread with friends and family, spend time with those you love, and we will see you soon.

    Amazing experience. We’ve been here several times and it’s always a pleasure. Our server was Danielle. My wife and I went as part of our 10y anniversary’s celebration. I went ahead of time to drop flowers off to my wife and Danielle was so sweet to accommodate my request to put them in the table prior to our reservation. The food is great/tasty and the service is top notch. My wife loves this place! Happy wife, happy life♥️♥️

    Came for our anniversary. They decorated the table with pedals and a rose, and the desert we ordered said Happy Anniversary. They were thoughtful, friendly, quick, and the food was great.

    Second visit, with friends/couple from out of town. Reservation was for four, two couples to celebrate their anniversary. The restaurant is so beautiful, the decor, the lighting! Our server Colleen was the best! so pleasant, informed and friendly.The FOOD! We started with two shrimp platters, prosciutto platter-AMAZING! Entrées-2 rib eyes, salmon and lasagna; lot. Everything delivered to our table was visually stunning, and DELICIOUS! We thoroughly enjoyed every second. This place is a treat :)

    Fabulous dining experience ~ our server was professional, neatly dressed and polite. Husband had king salmon and I had the shrimp The pasta was spot on as was the delicious sauces. Sourdough bread was served hot and delicious! The crab bisque had lots of crabmeat and amazing flavor. Our new favorite restaurant!

    We’ve been dining at Over the Moon since it opened more than twenty years ago. They never disappoint. The atmosphere is cozy and refined, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the food is nothing short of spectacular in taste, portion, and presentation. For our anniversary, they put rose petals on the table and had a lovely card. They also have books of poetry on the tables and little boxes where you can leave notes for future diners to read. It’s such a refreshingly beautiful experience.
