    Surpprisingly noisy, but we were next to the kitchen. Evelyn our waitress was charming, helpful, and personable. All in all, a very nice experience. Steaks, as always, were the best.

    We had the best service from our server. The food was great and the portions. The restaurant was too cold and made it uncomfortable because I had to keep my coat on while eating.

    Ruth Chris used to be the "Queen" of steakhouses, but not anymore. Bland food, average steaks (grades of meat and preparation are subpar), and mediocre service can not justify the elevated pricing. I was DISAPPOINTED! This location was my favorite Ruth Chris in the US. Unfortunately, this Ruth Chris location couldn't compete with the Texas Roadhouse experience, seriously. Bland food and average service. Sadly, all good things must come to an end.

    Ruth Chris never disappoints! From the front desk, through our friendly and knowledgeable server, I felt the high level of service. Our food was delicious and cooked to its perfect temperature. I had the Ahi Tuna with the Caesar, and my dining partner had the petit filet and lobster. Thank you for another wining experience!

    Everything was great until the guy that came to the table clear our plates away. He demanded we hand everything to him. Literally pointed to it and shook his arm/hand at what we were supposed to hand him. I felt like I was in the international district not a high end steak house. Needless to say we all were not pleased. Also, he did nothing else and literal took the plate and dumped our food into our to go box like he was throwing it into the garbage.
