We loved our lunch! Excellent service, fabulous Quiche Lorraine, and a quiet, unrushed atmosphere at lunchtime. We’ll be back!

I have dined at this restaurant probably 30 times. It was one of the first restaurants I visited when I moved to Seattle in the early ‘90’s. Cafe Campagne has always been consistent in quality and service. Well thought and reasonably priced wine list. Menu typical of a French Bistro. The only thing that was off this time was removing the classic Steak Frittes and adding a bougie $65! Ribeye. A Frenchman would choke on his pate if he saw that. Too bad as I was really steak frittes. The chicken was a lovely consolation!

Our table opted for either the Croque Monsieur or the Quiche. Both were absolute perfection - although we couldn’t decide which we liked better. I suppose we’ll have to go back and try again. Our server was completely awesome! Attentive but not intrusive, kind and cheerful.

The food was good as was the service. The beef offerings seem to be very limited and was not overly impressive.

Usually a great experience. Restaurant was sort of empty. Hostess had a perpetual sour expression on her face and mute to the point of rude. Not a good combo. French chicken was meh not as interesting as the chic down the alley at Pink Door. But have had many great meals in the past.

Disappointing. Took 20 minutes to get our round of drinks, despite only a couple other tables seated. Dinner with 4 entrees and a couple sides took about 2 hours due to waiting another 30 minutes for entrees (not the entree that they tell you may take 30 min to prepare). Half the entrees were burgers. For dinner at a French restaurant. What are we coming to, Seattle?? Would have had dessert but not enough time. Seasonal vegetable side was literally just broccoli and broccolini—seasoning was delicious, but could have done similarly well at home for $3. Food would have been forgivable if the service had not been the slowest ever.
