Loved it! It was our anniversary and they made us a special dessert. I’m also pregnant and they made all of the necessary adjustments. They also allowed us to make substitutions in the tasting menu for something that sounded interesting in the a la carte menu.

John George and the entire staff was phenomenal. A top notch restaurant that lived up to its rep and then some. We were celebrating a birthday and they made us feel super special! The seasonal and standing menu was all stupendous- explosions of flavor, while not overwhelming! So blessed we had such an amazing experience with beautiful foods and people! Thank you Park No. 9!

#9 is back! After a period of lackluster performance, we did not know what to expect. Most dishes were superb with much to recommend them. A few things could be improved: 1. Use less salt. The scallops were way over salted. Small risk with too little; one can always add. 2. Ask your receptionist-hostess to look clients in the eye after seating them. Don't just turn and rush off. 3. With 3 different servers, our request for more of the great bread was completely forgotten. Maybe set up a better protocol for delivering. 4. Fix the music system. It was out of tune, scratchy, and too loud. It made things hard to hear and killed the ambience depending on the music being played. All in all, though, we liked it again.

Good upscale food esp for Boston. Ambience a bit too low key and casual for this type of food.

It’s the swan song phase for this staple of Bostons fine dining. The bartender was on point. The food tells us why boston will not invest in the Michelin system.
