   We had the pork tenderloin and the Corvana, which were both excellent. We had the deviled eggs as an appetizer. For dessert we got the pear crème brûlée. They were all excellent! Will definitely be back. And they got the flowers and the wine just like requested for our anniversary.

   This is the third time I have been to Mesh when it has been difficult to get service. It takes a very long time to get a drink, then it sits empty until you flag someone down for a refill. The food is always amazing, but what I ordered today did not indicate on the menu that it included onions, and it was covered in scallions. We also asked for bacon to be cooked well done, and it was barely cooked. I would not recommend going here for brunch.

   We went there after attending an event. Parking was really tough and affected my mood but between the waitress and my food, that mood disappeared. I had the meatloaf and it just became my favorite meatloaf (beat out Cap City in Columbus, OH). My wife really enjoyed her steak also. Waitress was great! She was able to make my wife and I’s favorite drinks. Would definitely come back despite the parking situation. Hope one opens up outside of downtown.

   Beautiful setting. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to our reservation. Despite the restaurant not being full or busy, we were told we couldn’t be seated early. We sat at the bar to have a beverage while we waited. There were only two other couples at the bar, but service was slow. When we got to our table, our server did a great job. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. The food was amazing. The noise level was a bit too loud for quiet conversation.

   We went for dinner at Mesh on a Thursday night. There were 4 of us dining. We started with the Charcuterie board and the Kung Pao Calamari to share. Very tasty and good selection. 3 out of 4 people ordered steak (2 filet mignon and 1 Ribeye) and the 4th person ordered Short rib meat loaf. All the food was wonderful, tasty and nicely plated. We all had creme brule for dessert which was a great ending to our meal. Very nice ambiance. It was quiet night in the restaurant. We had a very attentive server. We arrived at 7pm and left at 9pm. Overall a great find (It was our first visit) and would go there again. Would recommend.

   Service was slow, inattentive and had to keep catching anyone that would walk by. Bat service was very slow as well. Requested cocktail straws for mixed drinks waitress brought back soda straws, our out of town guest had to leave the table and go to the bar to get cocktail straws. Filets were all cooked incorrectly and not on par with previous visits. Specific order of medium well fillet with no potatoes had to be refirex 3 times and on the final return was accompanied by a heaping scoop of mashed potatoes which our guest had to scrape off her plate. We have been a loyal customer of the Mesh from the beginning but that will certainly change now. Too many great choices in dining to have this type of experience.

   Food and service was good. It was a little odd that I was told there wasn’t enough glassware to get a soda refill without re-using my glass (odd and not very believable when we looked at all the empty tables that we re-set with glassware!!).

    Mesh is one of my go-to places for top notch dining and experience, which is why I chose it for my birthday dinner. Unfortunately, everything was below average tonight. Our server was nice but not competent. We asked for no anchovies on a shared Caesar salad but he didn’t check before serving it and there they were. He had the nerve to ask us if we REALLY didn’t want the anchovies. No apologies for the error. Also, he made the mistake of bringing our salad with our main dishes so our entrees got cold while we wolfed down our salads. As I mentioned, it was my birthday dinner. I put this in Open Table and my husband told the hostess who said she told the server. After dinner, he asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu. I asked about the free dessert and he was surprised to hear it was my birthday! What?!? The crème brûlée was fine but then he forgot to take the $10 item off our bill!! Do better man! We tipped 15% instead of higher because we are compassionate people but he really deserved much, much less. As for the food, the fried green tomatoes were great but a very small portion to share. The Caesar salad was much too salty and so was the sauce on my salmon. My husband’s Amish chicken was okay but the cream sauce was too rich. Not sure what was up with the chef tonight as Mesh is usually much less reliant on salt and fat to flavor their dishes. Not sure when we will be back. Very very disappointed.
