The food was good but the service was way too pushy. Our waitress brought over a brochure to join their restaurant club for $25 when we ordered drinks. She spent several minutes explaining the benefits and pushing us to join. We were not interested but she continued to keep pushing us with each visit to our table for a total of 5 times. Her last attempt was when she delivered our check and started her sales pitch yet again and I told her that we were not interested. In a restaurant this expensive you expect the food and service to be excellent. Her pushiness ruined what could have been a nice dinner. It was not our first time eating at a Morton's Steakhouse, but it will be our last.

Our server was excellent. She recommended great appetizers and desserts. She was extremely attentive. The food was excellent. This was a perfect dining experience.

My wife and I recently dined at Martin's The Steakhouse for our 18th anniversary, and while the experience had its highlights, there were also some drawbacks. The food was undoubtedly delicious; every dish was well-prepared, with steaks cooked to perfection and sides that complemented the meal beautifully. The flavors were rich and satisfying, making the meal a true culinary delight. However, the pricing felt excessive for what was offered. While I understand paying a premium for quality, the cost seemed a bit steep, even for a steakhouse of this caliber. It left me questioning whether the overall experience justified the price tag. Service was decent, our server was in training and attentive, but there was nothing particularly exceptional about the level of service. It was adequate but didn't stand out in a way that matched the restaurant's upscale reputation. Overall, Martin's The Steakhouse delivers on taste but falls short when it comes to value for money and memorable service. It’s a good choice if you’re looking to splurge, but be prepared for a hefty bill.

Morton’s is our favorite place to dine. The staff makes us feel welcome. The food is amazing and servings are ample. It is a delight to dine at Morton’s.

Expected more from Morton’s than we got. Could have just been an off night for them. Food was very good. Service and attitude, not so much. At the end of a $300+ dinner for 2 is not the time to try to make something right at this level. Management was more interested in wiping off a table for a female bar guest than seating their guests. And if you’re not friends with the bartender, you don’t get a seat at the bar. Having a loud and obnoxious bar crowd for a football game on tv in a place as respected as Morton’s just lowered my opinion of Morton’s as a whole. There are too many other top tier dining establishments that always do better. The next city we are in, we’ll be skipping Morton’s.
