Despite it was the last day of service due to major refurbishment, the staffs were on hands treating us attentively. Although I was concerned the food will not be at the expected standard, I can dismiss my worry as we have thoroughly enjoyed our food. Well presented and cooked. The crab starter and the prawn cocktail were on the small size for the price we paid. And will be much better if they were served at room temperature and not straight from the fridge.... Will certainly revisit and have another try when they re-open in Sept 2022

Don't book this place! We arrived, were given a menu, no water offered on one of the hottest evenings. It took 10 mins to get a cocktail menu. About another 10 mins to order 2 cocktails. We waited and waited. ...no cocktails. We complained and then we were asked which cocktails we had ordered. Our order was not given in by the waiter. We were furious and left. The menu offers little choice and is expensive and drinks overpriced. Never again!!!

Very disappointing, a special birthday but no special treatment. Booked because we wanted afternoon tea as a birthday treat. Quite briskly told we couldn’t have afternoon tea because we hadn’t booked it. I didn’t want to create a fuss on a special birthday, but attitude and treatment was poor. Maybe our mistake, but could have been communicated and handled much better!

Really delicious breakfast, drinks and service from all floor staff but had a slightly underwhelming greeting at door. Was stood for about 3 mins completely ignored by all staff and then told we were in the champagne bar section despite booking specifically the brasserie for breakfast and also putting it in my notes as other diners have complained about this in their open table reviews. I think once the booking miscommunications between the brassiere and open table are sorted concerning where people want to be allocated it would be lovely to return. Though potentially will just call the restaurant going forward to book.

Overall really happy! I was a bit dubious because I know kings cross station so well and thought it would be noisy but it wasn’t at all. Very lovely atmosphere and venue, great staff although I felt they could have been a bit more attentive (faster with taking orders but I was extremely hungry so that may have played a part), we were seated in a little booth, a bit closer to the table of 8 or so guests adjacent than I would have liked to be but no big issue. Ordered the mussel risotto, I’m not a huge mussel fan but it was lovely, would’ve happily eaten a huge bowl of that risotto without the mussels. Beef shorts ribs and a lemon tart, I’m a huge lemon tart fan and it didn’t disappoint. I will definitely be returning soon.

Catching up with a cousin before she headed back north - thought this would be convenient. We both had the Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad which was nice. Few mouths from the end though I had a hard piece of something, which I left to one side. Waitress came back to say it was the chicken skin ... I'm afraid I don't agree. Shame, as the salad was nice. I did have to tell them we weren't in any hurry as they kept asking about us ordering and the place wasn't busy.

I made a booking for 2 for the restaurant on Saturday night. When we went inside, we were told by a waiter that I hadn't booked a table in the restaurant but in the bar outside instead. I was surprised but thought I'd made a mistake when booking. Then today I received an email saying I didn't attend the booking in the restaurant. We went to the outside bar instead. Good job I had great company - poor organisation and customer service. Won't be back.

Having booked the table a week and a half before 27th Match, I was only informed late afternoon of the 26th that the menu would be restricted. This provided no time to find another restaurant. The service was exceptional, however the restricted menu and the price was extremely unsatisfactory especially because the restriction was not clear at the time of booking.

The Market Lunch at St Pancras Brasserie was very nice - good choice of food - good value with the glass of English Sparkling wine -and some GF bread options with the soup. As it was not busy we were able to stay at our table chatting after- which is always nice. Nice surrounding and the staff team were friendly and efficient. Thanks

Good place to meet! Met up with old friends who came into London by train to St Pancras. It's a good spot to meet and catch up with news. Staff are very pleasant and the ambiance is good - a 'grown-up venue' We had lunch and all chose from the market menu which is very good value. Couldn't resist a glass of fizz too! Will go again.
