    Had an absolutely lovely time at Steak & Lobster, staff were Amazing and made our visit very welcoming, food delicious and they sang happy birthday to my boyfriend which was a lovely touch

    There was an issue where the restaurant didn't receive my booking but all resolved exceptionally quickly and were seated. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, the cocktails were amazing and the food was delicious! This was tarred a little bit when I received the bill and saw the discretionary 12.5% tip added, which is fine but I feel like this was a lot for what was averagely good service for a table of two. I was then questioned by the waitress as to why I wanted to remove it to which I answered I will be leaving a tip just not that much to which she questioned me to with 'but why don't you want to pay it?'. I still left a till but left feeling disappointed that the staff clearly expect the 12.5%. It overall a lovely experience but just expect the till amount when the bill is handed to you

    Had a lovely dinner for my sons birthday. Good food, great service, good price. Kanchan our host/ waitress was very attentive to our needs and also arranged for everyone to sing happy birthday. Highly recommended.

    We booked this restaurant for our daughters 18th....having read all the reviews - we thought we'd fallen on a hidden gem here. It's actually a restaurant that is attached to the Radisson Blu Hotel, entering via their main entrance. It was pretty quiet, and a bit average looking. We booked for 7.30pm on a Saturday evening. We didn't have any starters as we were saving ourselves for the Main Event. Steak and Lobster. To be honest, we were highly disappointed. The 1/2 Lobster was the size of a prawn, and the steaks (which we all asked for Medium-Rare) came out Rare. Literally Blue in the middle. Paprika chips OK. The kids had pudding, and we had x2 bottles of wine (not for pudding!). The bill was a few hundred pounds. All in all - found the whole experience disappointing.

    Meat was ordered as medium-well but actually received super dry done. Lobster was juicy, it usually means that its original state before cooking was frozen. They have no draft beer but bottles only. The place is nice, silent and a bit fancy.

    Tasty meal at a fair price for London. I would recommend the surf and turf, we swapped the ribeye for a fillet. Staff were friendly and brought my wife out a Happy Birthday decorated plate with lemon tartlet and macaroon.

    Does what it says above the door, it's quite fine, though it needs to improve to get it to a 4 star rating. It's reasonably pricey and the space feels more like a cafe than a restaurant. The food is fine.

    Nice vibes, good wine, steak cooked perfectly, dessert is delicious, staff are nice and friendly and could explained details to us. However, the summer kids offer is a bit confusing, I thought we can get the offer as we, the parents, are ordering from the A La Carte menu. But anyway, we enjoyed our dinner so much!

    This was my second visit. We came back for the food. The food was just as good, but the experience turned out later to be very sour. I visited Steak and Lobster's official website, saw a promotional menu (the 2 course for £29 one) and made the reservation there. Note that the reservation is actually made through a linkout to OpenTable. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told I had to select that offer in OpenTable when I made the reservation to be able to order it. Not remembering everything that I saw when I made that reservation, I accepted it was probably my oversight and ordered via their Group Menu which had the same items but for £7 more. Not convinced that I could have missed it, I took a look again. Indeed, when I use the OpenTable app to look for the restaurant I could see the option to select that promotional offer which is what the restaurant staff said. When I tried to reserve via their website which is done by OpenTable also, I was indeed NOT given that option. There you have it. You go to their website, see that menu, make a reservation, and no, you cannot order from it. CONSIDER MYSELF DECEIVED OFFICIALLY. For that I shall no longer recommend the restaurant to my friends. No small wonder that I still marked the scores somewhat objectively.

    Service was great. Food came out pretty quick, however it wasn't as warm as I expected it would be. Definitely would go again and try the brioche bun with steak and lobster - less messy!

    The service was good! The servers were attentive. The atmosphere could have used some soft music as opposed to the dead silence. The food would benefit from additional flavor.

    Excellent service, unfortunately having to enter the restaurant through a crowded hotel reception, even having a direct door from the street, is not the best. Food was just average, steak even if cooked at the rigth temperature, was tasteless. Drinks were good, we really didn’t feel tempted to go for desserts

    This was such a nice experience. Having actual customer service makes a difference. I can’t remember her name but a manager along with a waitress (short, red hair, pretty smile, welcoming ) were very informative welcoming and just amazing. STEPHAN is wonderful! Attentive funny immformative professional and a delight. Food was great along with recommendations from all 3 staff. Thank you

    Service was great. The server did her best, but we were put in the middle of a restaurant on a very loud table despite specifically requesting a quiet table. The food was way too expensive for what it was. Steaks were cooked well, but some pieces were too vainy.
