   We booked it for a Sunday lunch with friends and our children. We were surprised to see how many people had their children too. Felt save, spacious and child friendly. Although not noisy at all beside the number of children present in the whole pub. The food was lovely, the decor is nice, gets cosier after 4 pm when it's darker and the dimmed lighting come on. Would recommend it if you are on this side of town. Everyone in my party of 8 was very happy with their choice of food and pub overall. The views upstairs are nice and the room is also very nice, shame at weekends it's not busy enough to open the upstairs.

   Terrible lunch here. Rubber salmon in my salmon nicoise and bone filled fish fingers in the home made fish finger sandwich my friend ordered. I'd never return.

   Good food and friendly efficient service but in a fairly shabby pub environment. Because of the decor/seating, this is more of a pub with decent grub than a restaurant/gastropub.

   We went here for lunch, good quality fresh food, nice for lunch or quick bite to eat after work. Pie and drink deal really good value!

   Recently discovered this gem of a pub and have become a loyal fan ever since! It's brilliant place for post work drinks and is far enough off the tourist trail to retain a legitimate vibrant post-work or weekend londoner vibe. This is an excellent pub for post work drinks and weekend group bookings. The ambience is relaxed, friendly staff, elegant decor with a good atmospherics. The food is traditional fare and I believe the quality to represent excellent value for money! That being said, It is a pity that the upper floor seems to be permanently reserved for private functions and beware the 10% food service isn't added to your entire bar tab! Be it wine, beer or cocktails - you can't go wrong if you stop in for an hour or three!
