   Five of us celebrated a birthday at Sunday brunch. The service was great throughout our time at the restaurant. The buffet table has a large variety of tasty choices. The meat carvers were very attentive to our needs. The dining area is comfortable with enough space between tables.

   We were a party of 14. The place was packed and quite noisy. Unfortunately, our table servers were new (we were told) and didn’t speak any English. So our order was completely messed up. Some people were served their drinks others waited an hour for theirs. Entrees were served at different times or not at all. We finally got the manager involved who did her best to correct the situation and that was appreciated. We should have brought her in earlier because by the time we did so many things were messed up, our experience was poor. And the food was only OK.

   We’ve dined here at this location many times but this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Service was non-existent to poor despite waitstaff being present; we had to flag down someone multiple times for even the basics like water or drinks, our drink orders were incorrect, and despite asking more than once we never received the included side dishes that accompany the buffet. When we asked a 3rd time they finally delivered the cheese bread - but it was clearly leftover - stale,hard, fridge cold, and completely inedible. The other sides never arrived. This was a special treat for my in-laws who were visiting from abroad and I was embarrassed at how poor the experience was, especially after talking it up to them. We were still charged full price but did not receive the full experience promised (or that we’ve had before). I won’t be back.

   I order the $67.00 menu that includes the prime meet cut and need to asked for the filet minon 3 times for them to bring them to the table

    Food and wine was amazing! Service was great, very attentive. Although watch out for the drinks they bring around on a tray that they make seem free, they’re $16 a piece…
