   Perfect spot for pregame at Wrigley. We go before Cubs games in summer and went NYE before Winter Classic. Still decorated for holidays made it very festive.

   The Christmas decorations were outstanding. The food was good especially the hamburger the flatbread was good not great. And the Christmas themed drinks were good.

   We were there for a Buffalo Bills game. Our server, Sabina was fabulous! Very attentive, professional and sweet. Had an awesome time on this particular Sunday!!! The next time we find ourselves in Chicago, we will definitely head back to Rizzo’s.

   I have been to Rizzo’s multiple times this summer and every time I go the service is so-so. But yesterday it was even worse than before. We waited over 10 minutes for a server to take our drink order and it was not busy at all. Then it took forever to get drinks, food and then our bill. Our server was not in the best mood when she came over to our table finally at 10 minutes of us waiting. Then she acted annoyed when we asked about types of beers on tap and other drink options. Rizzo’s needs to work on customer service and tables to servers if that is why our servers have been not the good.

    Came here before a concert. Had great service and the place is pretty cool. Would go for the drinks for sure. Meals were not that good.
