The service was awesome and beyond expectations

Service staff was very welcoming and the food was delicious. Would definitely come back.

The food really is average. We had to send one dish back all together, noodles were undercooked and lobster was overcooked. Branzino was ok but artichokes were crispy. Bartender didn't know how to make a spicy margarita without using Tabasco or cayenne. Manager was very kind and accommodating and server was sweet and knowledgeable.

For the amount we paid for 2 people dining, I would have expected better food quality. Calamari was salty, meatballs were cold, and we took one bite out of our entrees each and wanted the check. Seafood in both were rubbery and the flavor in both dishes were off. Service was prompt and nice, but would not go back for food.

Food was absolutely delicious. Staff was lovely and the ambiance was amazing. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at the resort with our 5 year old. We were seated at the time of our reservation. Service was fine. Mussels were cooked in a delicious tomato sauce. Bruschetta was just ok. Ribeye and spicy capellini were both good. Desert chocolate brownie cake was disappointing. Wine list was ok but nothing impressive or top shelf. I wouldn’t call this fine dining but it was good food. We would go back.

Restaurant inside Grand Geneva resort, second floor. Really nice menu, food cooked to perfection. They have a kids menu for those interested in that. Reasonably priced for the atmosphere. I had a filet, was just perfect.

Well-spaced tables for social distancing. Rebecca was our waitress and she was knowledgeable about the menu and able to make specific recommendations, especially for those in our party not familiar with Italian menu terms. The 3 members of our party each had very different selections, and raved about the outstanding flavors. Definitely a special dining experience!

The manager is the most rude person I have ever met. Sarcastic attitude and an uncaring demeanor. Hayley was AMAZING and so was the food.

Overall was great, especially for the times we live in. Julia was spot on and restaurant went out of their way with all the limitations groups and ours was a 8 top. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

We dined here for our family Christmas dinner. We were greeted promptly and seated. The craft cocktails were delicious and wine list offered a good selection. There were 5 in our party and everyone found something they likes and all were pleased with their food. We had the diver scallops, filet, truffle pasta entree, and a slow roasted pork pasta entree.
We continue to return to Brissago because it never disappoints!

Excellent fish and wine!

Food was excellent. Filets were cooked to perfection and so tender. My husband’s scallops were to die for. Loved the lemon sorbet martini also! Service was not amazing but good and prompt. We can’t wait to go back!

Great food and service! We ordered calamari, mushroom pizza and branding. All delicious!

The food was not the best for the price you pay for. We dined in on a Monday during the Covid period and it’s quite disappointing that they didn’t Social distance the guests who are dining. They placed us all towards the back of the restaurant fairly close to each other while the other parts of the restaurant was empty. Please be more considerate of covid please.

I came for the ribeye and was told it wasn't recommended that night. I know there is a steakhouse downstairs, and I don't know why the staff didn't already have a substitution ready. I used to work at Grand Geneva and staff would bend over backwards for a guest; not anymore. I got the truffle sacchetti, and it was on the bland side.

Two past dishes were bad. Both overcooked and flavor off. Was the truffle purses and the carbonara. We have eaten at your restaurant many times, including these dishes, and they are typically excellent. Not sure if a new chef, change in recipe or just a bad food day

A little pricey, but was expected. Overall very, very satisfied. Good drinks, well prepared and presented food, nice atmosphere. I appreciate a restaurant where it's easy to carry on a conversation because it's not loud. Would return or recommend to friends.

My husband and I went here for the first time for our wedding anniversary this week and we will definitely be back! The food was amazing, the service was great, and the venue gorgeous! They even brought us out a complimentary dessert for our anniversary!
