Excellent steak! I had the filet and it was amazingly tender and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. No need for steak sauce on this wonderful piece of meat. And the salad bar was huge, very fresh, and clean. Nothing I would change about this visit.
Jules our server was very good. We appreciate her excellent service. The salad bar was fresh and plentiful with a very nice variety. The Delmonico steak was fabulous according to our birthday friend. My prime rib was cooked to perfection and very tender so it was a total puzzle that my husband’s prime rib needed a chainsaw to get it cut. He was so disappointed. We wished we had sent it back but it would have delayed our meal and you are always wondering what “happens” in the kitchen to food that doesn’t meet expectations.
we enjoyed our dinner very much. My steak was a little over cooked, Ordered it medium and it arrived medium/well. I am not that particular of eater and it was pretty tender even at med/well. My wife's was perfect ( medium) and much better. 3 out of the 4 dinners were perfect. The 4th was still very good.
I would not let a little over cooked affect my decision on being good.
I requested my steak to be cooked medium (pink center) I received a steak cold and appeared to be cooked rate to medium rare. We were dining with friends and didn't want to make a big deal out of my steak not being properly cooked. I ate the part of the steak that was cooked and enjoyed the salad bar.
The entertainer was not entertaining. The volume of the music was fine but what we heard was not pleasant. Thankfully, we were consumed in our own dinner conversation that we didn't notice the music that much.
Our server was pleasant, professional and polite. Her name was Erin. She was there when we needed something or was pro-active and got anything for us before we had to ask for it.
We enjoyed our New Year's Eve evening and happy we included dinner at Riverfront Steakhouse.

We had reservations in advance and was seated in what we assumed was a walkway between the Hotels bar and Beni Hana's with at least 50 people walking through while we were trying to celebrate the new years eve and my wife's birthday. We requested to be reseated in the main dining room but since we had used OpenTable for our reservations we were told that we had been assigned that table and there was no other option. We should have left and went somewhere else to eat. The Prime rib I ordered was served cold and was full of grissle and un- edible. My wife's salmon was cold on the thin end and warm on the thick end. However the salad bar was very good. We complained to our waitress who was very good about our concerns and she went and got the manager. He asked if he could send out new food but by that time we were totally disgusted and did tell him the only good part about the whole dining experience was the salad bar. He took the entrees off the bill and charged us for the salad bar. We will not be going back to the Riverfront Steak house in the future.

I know this was a very busy night for us which meant our kitchen and servers were moving a lot faster than normal. EXCELLENT!!!!! We always enjoy our visits to the Riverfront Steakhouse, you feel welcome when you walk in the door and the food and service are always the best of the best. It’s such a treat to go to a restaurant, drop a nice sum and come away knowing that everyone from Devonte who makes sure you have water to Chip who brings your delectable meal, appreciates your business and wants you to know it.
Great atmosphere and wonderful food. Perfect for a date night with your significant other. Fully recommend.
I would only recommend the salad bar. I ordered the Prime Rib, medium. It came out tough, over-cooked and cold. I also ordered the spinach, only after they told me the asparagus was out, and it was never served or put in to be cooked. My wife ordered the salad bar and the chicken fried rice. The fried rice came out and had NO chicken in it. She assumed it was FLAVORED chicken fried rice.
On a positive note, the waitress was very nice and worked hard to make our night great. Of course, I did not complain about any of the above. The salad bar is amazing. They have shrimp, three types of lettuce and fresh spinach. They also have real blue cheese crumbles and real bacon bits. However, that does not make up for the $30 (close I believe the exact price was $27.95) over-cooked, cold and tough prime rib.
The salad bar is wonderful . The steak was average . It is difficult to have a great atmosphere inside a hotel restaurant .
Always is a great place to go on special occasions. Love being able to dress casually and still enjoy as good a steak as there is anywhere. The salad bar is also the best that there is. Service is ALWAYS great too! No complaints at all.
The food was amazing! The service not so much. Our waitress spent more time outside chatting with the hotel staff then actually getting stuff out to us. We spent 30 minutes waiting for our check. She was polite and nice but otherwise not very good at getting things attended to in a timely manner. The chef however did a wonderful job! The food was hot and delicious.
Chip was the best waiter ever! Will go back and ask for him! The Filet Mignon was the best I've ever had! Will order it again. I loved it lightly seasoned and will order it that way again next time!
Service was slow. Waiter (Chip) had no idea on quality of menu items. Told us he was not allowed to taste menu items without paying for it. Pasta dishes were served cold. I could not find a knife sharp enough to cut my steak. Waiter removed it from ticked. This was my third visit and will be my last. Don’t think the other two couples with us will return.
The server was more concerned with the tables with more people.....drink was empty and did not refill it after food came

The Jumbo Tempura Shrimp was OUTSTANDING! It is ALWAYS the first thing I order. The salad bar is the best ever and fresh. Our waiter "Jacob" was AWESOME from start to finish.The steaks were cooked to perfection and very flavorful. It was just a beautiful night.

Very disappointed. The lobster and steak were ruined by all the seasonings. The staff at the front was unfriendly. The waitress was very nice, but the service was slow. RS is 0-2 and we won’t be back.

Food was simply amazing. However, it was a little pricey. The service was outstanding. Our seating was near the front windows and very quiet. We did have an artist on Friday evening performing. Was mainly 70's acoustic classic but was done very tastefully. We loved it....just be prepared to spend $100+ for dinner for two WITHOUT alcoholic drinks.

Host was not very friendly. The server was nice but was not good about getting drinks to us or coming to check often to see if we needed anything. Had reservations for 2 and it took us about a hour and 45 min for us to eat and get our ticket. Their machine printer was messed up so that was kind of inconvenient. Great steak but don't go if you're in a hurry!

Service was horrible. We had to wait forever for our drinks and food. When our food arrived the waitress realized that there was a baked potato on my wife’s plate that she didn’t order and the waitress grabbed it right off of her plate with her dirty hand. Very inappropriate in my opinion. The steaks were good, but we won’t be back just due the poor service.

As usual, the food was great and the service excellent. If you eat there be sure to ask for Chip, he is outstanding. The 2-for-1 special, available for certain entrees in the early evenings Monday through Thursday make it an outstanding value as well.
Too slow service in the beginning. Waited 15 min to get the first drink but after that service was ok

Disgusting. Shrimp cocktail was spoiled. Steaks were full of tendon and grissle. They had a salad bar which when I saw this I should have left. And the so called steakhouse is located in a hotel another clue. $160 for 3 of us. My so called prime strip was $40 dollars This place is nothing more than a Western Sizzler except prices are 3x higher. Don’t go here. The good reviews were either employees or someone that has never been to a decent high level steakhouse.

We had a party of 15 to celebrate my Daughter-in-laws Birthday. Donnie and the staff was outstanding. Service, food and overall atmosphere was great! We will come again.
This was absolutely, by far and away the best steak I have ever eaten! I have talked for two days about the salt/pepper crust and the tenderness! Salad bar was awesome. You actually don’t need anything else, but the salad bar and your steak! I will definitely go back if I’m ever in Little Rock again!
Good service. We had a large group so that could be why my filet was cold. Otherwise, all was good. Nice live music.
My husband and I took some friends of ours there who had never been there before. The steaks were perfect and they couldn’t believe the salad bar. Chip was our waiter and did an excellent job. Donnie came by to ask if everything was ok and as always it was perfect.
Great service and food. Greatly appreciated use of the private room. See you next year.
