I made reservations for outdoor seating for a group of 4 on a Friday. Unfortunately, I did not specify I didn't want to be seated right next to the kids playground. The wait time for another outside seat area was 45 minutes so we accepted a booth inside, not ideal. It was extremely noisy and chaotic. We're aware that's to be expected at this restaurant. The tacos and bbq chicken we ordered were excellent, with some glitches about sides. The servers were accommodating and brought some of the missing items but not all. We'll return but will try a different day and time.
Everything was great
While our server was scattered and seemed inexperienced (took 20 minutes to even come to our table to take order, didn’t enter it right away, forgot items on our order, etc.), the bar manager (Keith? I completely have spaced on his name) was wonderful and recovered the evening for us. He spent quite a bit of time with us, almost as if he could sense our frustration with our server. He recommended some beverages for us, and brought us out samples. Completely made great what was otherwise a horrible service experience. Thank you!
Loved the ambiance and the food was delicious
Decent food and slow wait staff. Our waitress was very friendly when she was around.
The waiter was not hospitable or asked if we needed anything it took 30 minutes after we received our nachos to get our utensils overall he was not a very good server with zero idea of what customer service is
Great food good service awesome atmosphere
Fun place, good service, amazing food
Nice drinks, amazing servers, huge spaces between tables, I love it!
We have been many times, 3 in the last year, and we had a horrible experience. First the waiter and bus boy were WONDERFUL! Very personable and did their jobs well. The issue was we did not feel safe! We were eating at a table on the patio near PCH. There are 5 tables on the patio. Two of them (one being us) were adhering to covid rules and were not packed with people. The other three tables belonged to one party. One table with 8 elementary children and the other two tables beside that with probably 20 adults (guessing). There was a partition between the kids and their table. NO ONE did anything about the high pitched screaming that accompanied the unsupervised kids as they ran from their table, through the restaurant to the side patio play structure. We could hear there screaming even that far away! It was so unsafe with them running top speed back and forth, and my husband is on a mobility scooter and was afraid to even roll to the bathroom! There was no control and we felt unsafe and all left with headaches. My mom did speak with one of the children but not one adult even looked over to see why a stranger was at the kids table! PLUS the gate across from our table was open and leads to the corner where PCH was - a child could have run out at any time. I am around children a lot and I have never witnessed such a scene for so long without restaurant management stepping in!
Not great if you just dinning with adults. Kids everywhere running around.
Food was good. Not so much the service.
Awesome as always!
Love the new outdoor patio section. Service was great thank you
The food was really good for the price! I'd recommend it for beer lovers as well.
great for sports and family. good mix of american food and beers.
The Asian-style wings were terrific. I also recommend the burgers.
Couldn’t hear the music very well :-(
This Rock N' Brews location provided our group with tremendous service and provided a wonderful experience. The staff was kind, courteous, and attentive to all our needs. We were never lost in the shuffle during a busy night for the Dodgers World Series game. Cheyanne was the best server and is a reason to come back!
Had a great dinner with friends. Felt covid safe
They have done a wonderful job to make you feel safe in these new times - outdoor eating - spacing quite far from other patrons - perfect for my son's b'day!
Seated next to a party of 20 , all in their early 20's, very loud, celebrating. Another table on our other side seemed to chime in a lot. I could not help but think I was inadvertently at a superspreader event. They really should separate (or not allow) giant parties. I would not go back.
Service was very slow
I absolutely love rock & brews! One of my favorite places to go for brunch/lunch. Great service & food!
Very nice meal on Saturday evening, good to get out & about 😉
Wonderful experience. Staff was great and service was quick.
We appreciated the opportunity to have a nice meal on the patio properly socially distanced!
Good food very friendly 😀
Love Rock and Brews! It's a go-to, even now during these crazy times!
Everyone was so nice & respectful. Kimberly was the best!
Went to lunch with a couple friends and this place was so fun! My spouse and I each had the “We Salute You” Pulled Pork Sandwich, one friend had the Smokehouse Burger, and my other friend had the Beer-Battered Fish & Chips. All in all the food was great, the service was very welcoming and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. Will be back when in the area!
Safe! Clean! Open!
So great to be back. Not quick, but always pleasant. We like the new crafted beer selections!
Great menu selection but not cheap. Our bill for 2 was $55 (incl tip). Fun atmosphere. Kid friendly.
We made a reservation via opentable, loaded up six children and three adults and drove an hour in rush hour traffic for dinner only to discover the restaurant was closed. No information was posted via social media, on the restaurant’s website or on opentable. The kids were upset that they didn’t get to play with their friends and the adults were disappointed at having driven an hour for no reason.
It's a cool place to get couple of drinks and a burger. The food is nothing extraordinary. Fried chicken sandwich was a bit dry, but service is friendly.
Booked an outdoor spot, so we could bring our pup - got seated immediately and then they brought a water bowl out for us without even asking...really great service and beautiful night to sit outside. Typical Friday night crowd/noise, but nothing crazy.
Menu has enough selection/options available for everyone in your party. Waitress was friendly and had a good team backing her up.
Visited on a Friday night at 7pm, place was hopping! Crowded, but not packed, and the way the restaurant is arranged it's an easy flow of people.
Service was impeccable, even though it was crowded. Our waitress took time to inquire about our beer likes/dislikes and even brought us a sample of a couple of kinds of beer to try before we purchased.
It's LOUD, but not obnoxious. Fun vibe, ppl of all ages from babies to grandparents and everything in between.
Overall a really good vibe to this place.
