    Such a lovely restaurant the staff were excellent, the food was exceptional. Lovely decor and wasn’t too expensive for such a lovely place. Would highly recommend. Rosso made our Manchester trip 😊

    We had a late lunch and would highly recommend. The building, the staff (particularly the maitre’d from Sardinia) , the food and service were all spot on. We will definitely be back, thanks for a special afternoon.

    Everything about this place was amazing! The staff were great and attentive. The food was amazing! I would definitely recommend going here. I have to say if you want a boujee restaurant with good food this is the one !!

    Lovely decor, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Was our wedding anniversary to staff took the trouble to bring us a desert and told the ? Manager this was our 40th anniversary who came to congratulate us. Very expected extra thoughts.

    The music was too loud. Some of the waiting staff were unfriendly and curt. They brought a small cake with a candle for my sister’s birthday, which I thought was a nice gesture until we got the bill and they’d charged us for it. We hadn’t ordered it though.

    Lovely meal celebrating with my daughter on her engagement. Her fiance is away working in the Navy for six months so it was a special treat for her, We did mention this on the booking and thought they would have recognised but this did not happen.

    I really enjoyed the experience at Rosso, food and drinks were delicious, food was very flavoursome, portion sizes just right, the restaurant is beautiful, and the service was very good, always asking whether we wanted top up of drinks. The only small point not necessarily bad but would have been good to know was that a service charge was added automatically- and it would have been better if I could have decided what amount I wanted to give as a tip, but it is a fancy restaurant and service was very good so I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend somewhere you could go for a special occasion.

    Food average , we found the food quite heavy & very over powering with garlic . We eat out frequently & found Rosso very over priced. Menu should be better & simplified, trying too hard to impress but its not impressive.

    We went for my wife’s 30th. The waiters are rude and incompetent at best. She ordered a medium rib eye steak and it came out burnt. Sent it back no apology was given. It then took another 35 mins for the steak to arrive at this point my wife did not want it. When we told the general manager, he was patronising and condescending. No customer service skills at all. Would not recommend this place.
