I’m usually an enthusiastically loyal customer here. For a NY brunch, it was lacklustre.
Very enjoyable, lovely food, wonderful service, want to return soon.
Had an amazing pre-New Year's Eve lunch. The food was great and the service was amazing.
Revisited the Landau a few years since my last visit, and wasn't disappointed. Would recommend arriving a little before your reservation and grabbing a drink at the Artesian bar which is right along the corridor from the restaurant.
Really enjoyed the tasting menu, particularly the venison. Service was warm and friendly, and even catered for some dietary requirements which was much appreciated.
We have visited several times and we have never been let down . Superb service , friendly , attentive to needs . Food difficult to decide what to eat everything delicious . Would recommend to anyone . We will return .
We went for dinner to celebrate my Wife's birthday. Upon entry the restaurant was spotless and the waiting staff were extremely polite. When seated the atmosphere was intimate and relaxed and we were given time to consider our options without being rushed. We were also given complimentary canapes which were lovely. I ordered the steak and the cheese courses and my Wife ordered fish and a souffle which was very Christmassy. We ordered from the set menu which included a decent bottle of wine to share. All for £69.00 per head. We thought this was good value for what we had. We ended the evening in the Artisan cocktail bar of the Langham hotel which was also very cool with a great menu to choose from. Would definitely come back again.
This was a Christmas treat for the family, as we aren't often all together, so we were really looking forward to it. I have to say that, although the food was good, it was all a bit disappointing in that there was nothing really special about it. None of us were particularly inspired by the a la carte, so we opted for the tasting menu. As I said, very nice but we've eaten far more interesting food at other Michelin starred restaurants for a similar price. Having said that, the waiting staff were excellent and the sommelier recommended a lovely bottle of wine which was £25 cheaper than the one we had selected. Enjoyable but wouldn't rush back.
First class, excellent food and service, attention to detail was exceptional
Excellent in every respect . Staff were fiendly and efficient . Food was exquisite
Tremendous food, marvellous service, delicious wine to accompany the meal.
A fantastic experience, could not recommend the restaurant enough.
